This setup is excellent, but spend a few more dollars for the six stage one with the alkaline filter. Or do what I did and pay more for the alkaline filter separately :) This is an easy install for anyone with basic plumbing skills. The only upgrades you may want to consider are a couple of T-fittings from your local hardware store vice the taps included. Again, this is based on your installation skills. I have mine T-eed and running to the refrigerator as well. (You can just take the built-in filter out of most common name-brand refrigerators if you choose to do this.) The system works great and the replacement filters are 1/4 the price of the commercially installed system I had installed a few years ago. For the numbers, my water is 250+ ppm before this system and about 10 after which is equal to the previous system I had. I went without the alkaline filter for about a week and the water was good. After reading the alkaline filter reviews, I added it and now the water is great.

Well designed. Excellent customer service from Nick. I had a question on installation that he was able to help me with immediately. I am now enjoying delicious pure water. The spout is attractive and the style nicely matches my sink faucets. I have the output going to my refrigerator ice maker and insta-hot water dispenser (which you can see in the background).

I have had the filter installed since August 2016 and has been working perfectly up to now (April 2017). I checked the ppm and pH before and after installation. From what I can remember the ppm dropped from 180 ish to around 30 or 40 and the pH increased from 6.5 to around 7.5 or 8. The taste is great and is just like bottled mineral water! I did have a leak when I first installed the filter but if you follow the instructions, which are not actually that difficult, then you should have no problems at all. I had a leak because one of the 0-rings was not installed correctly. The hardest part is drilling the holes in drainage pipe and countertop but you could actually have the tap underneath the sink if you dont want to drill a hole. I think everyone should have one of these systems installed in their drinking water supply!

I replaced a really old GE system with this one. This installation was similar but this one seem to be of much better quality. We like the clear first stage and the color coded tubings. The water tested 13 PPM vs 315 PPM before the system. Very impressed so far!

I bought the i Spring RCC7 a little over a year ago. The system is put together very well and easy to change out the filters. There customer support is top notch, very helpful and informative.Not to mention this system is great. The water that comes out of my tap smells like chlorine, yet the water from R/O RCC7 is odor free with the total dissolved solids around zero. I just recently replaced my filters again that require replacement every six months or so, the process is very easy

I bought the iSpring 5-stage RCC7 RO reverse osmosis water system. Our local plumber did a nice job on the installation. The water is clean and fresh. I recently ordered the alkaline filter as the 6th stage to add calcium and other good minerals back into the water. Nick helped me with the order for the add-on components. iSpring has great customer service.

I tested it against the water from my soft water system and it removed 95% of the TDS (total dissolved solids) including the sodium ions created by the soft water system. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Get it with a 6 gallon tank. Water flow extremely fast. Hard to believe it is a ro system.

Great RO system, easy to install, hung from floor joists in basement beneath kitchen sink. connected to both drinking faucet and ice maker. everything needed is included, had to buy extra tubing to connect to ice maker. iSpring RCC7 WQA Gold Seal Certified 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter System - 75 GPD
