The product is easy to assemble my 12yr old son and I did out in about an hour, the faucet was better quality than I expected, and the customer service is great. I watched the YouTube instructions and they were fine, the reverse osmosis membrane muddy be in all the way or it leaks (easy fix), the snap on fitting can be readjusted to stop any leaks Wonderful product!!!!!

Great tasting water right from the start. Easy installation and great instructional video to put it all together. Being able to cook and drink filtered water is a big plus for our water as we try to eliminate flouride and other chemicals found in city water. Thank you for a great product. This is a small price to pay in order to protect my family.

System has performed excellent. No problems during installation and not problem in operation. In fact I bought the two layers alkaline filter to add it to the system. Im happy with the iSpring water filetring system.

i normally never write reviews, but for this one i have to. I just got the system today and installation video guide made it so easy to install. almost anyone can do it. in the process of installation i snapped one elbow and called customers service and the lady told me that there is a bunch of extra parts that come with a system, just in case, which is nice. well worth the money i have spend. Thank you iSpring!

GREAT RO SYSTEM! I bought one for my home and im very happy with the quality and results! Great tasting water and crystal clear ice. This product has met my requirements and has improved the quality of my water. My water has gone from 56-60 parts per million down to 4-7 ppm. I am in the nursing profession and I can seriously say that that quality of this water has helped me increase my water intake. I can now taste the difference in the chlorinated and fluoridated water from the tap compared to the RO water. I would consider installing a whole house RO system but I dont have the money for that right now. And remember to replace the filters by the recommended date so that you dont put a strain on your system.

This is an outstanding unit. It shipped very quickly, and came with all the necessary parts to complete the installation, and the instruction were very clear. The unit looks well made and has a nice finished look to it. My wife was able to taste the difference in our morning coffee right away. After testing the water, we went from 117ppm, down to 3ppm. What a big difference !! I should have purchased this a long time ago.. I highly recommend this unit to anybody who questions the quality of their water.

Purchased Friday and Received Sunday! Install took me no time at all; probably a total of 45 minutes. Tap water 94-110 ppm/ iSpring water 10-12ppm

Very nice system. Have tested water before the system of 225 ppi and reduced to 50 ppi after the system. Works great and love the faucet.
