The hardest part of the install was drilling through the sink.

be careful when installing and read the directions. The quick fitting need to pushed in for at least 1/2'. We could've avoid some serious leaking if we were followin the instruction 100%. overall things went well and we got it installed. Now I'm getting a reading of 15 parts per million and tap water is 110. If I remove the last stage alkaline filter it've been under 5. Very happy with the purchase

I researched and went back and forth between this iSpring system and the other highly-rated top seller(for close to the same price) to replace my rented Culligan reverse osmosis system. We knew the benefits of (and loved the taste of) reverse osmosis drinking water and ice, it was just a matter of finding the best bang for the buck. Connections were fairly simple for me because all my water lines were already run from the Culligan installation. I have this system in my basement, directly below the main floor kitchen where the water lines are run (to the sink spigot, and to the refrigerator ice maker). Regardless, the companys Youtube installation video would make an under-sink install doable for just about anyone with a couple hours free time. The water quality is fantastic; it tastes great (just a good as Culligan) and rates 9ppm using an inexpensive TDS meter I purchased. A clean sample of Culligan water I saved (from that system with newish filters) rated 11ppm. And my tap water before treatment? 475ppm!! Just on the threshold of unsafe drinking water, which is anything over 500ppm from what Ive read. This iSpring definitely does what it is supposed to do, and I am out from my monthly rental of my previous reverse osmosis system. If you choose the iSpring for your reverse osmosis needs, you will not be disappointed!

This reverse osmosis filter was very easy to install. The water tastes very good and is very clean when tested for sediment and pH level. It was helpful to look up the YouTube video on how to install under the sink

I used to spend about 40 dollars a month on distilled for topping off my fish tanks now with this Im only spending around 5 dollars.. One of the best investments you could make in the salt or fresh water hobbie.. Installation was really fast. Nothing too hard, but their video I was watching on YouTube was kinda hard to understand since he was so quite.

We live in a more rural area and have always had concerns about our water. We constantly read articles about chemicals being dumped in the river, etc. My wife also complained about the taste of our tap water. We used a combination of the filtered water from our fridge and we also got the delivery of those big 5 gallon containers. I did a quick calc and found that this thing would pay for itself in less than 6 months compared to the water delivery we were getting. I watched the 10 minute install video and kept it going through the install for reference. I know it looks complicated with all the filters and tubes, but it really isnt! Everything is color coded and you just push a tub into a hole and thats it. One note - make sure you push the tubes in hard enough. I thought I did - but when i kicked the water supply on, I had several leaks. I pushed those tubes in and they went in another inch and that solved all my problems. The faucet looks nice too. I was concerned it would look weird to have two faucets at our sink - our normal one and this one next to it....but it actually looks nice. We tested our water before and after the filter install. We were surprised that our water tested at 109ppm, which is alot lower (a good thing) than whats considered good tap water. We were shocked to find out the filter brought that all the way down to 9ppm!!! We use this water every morning for our Keurig, so I am interested to see if this impacts how often we have to clean the Keurig (flushing the whole system with vinegar). The included water/flood alarm is a nice touch too....it gives me peace of mind to know if a leak does develop that the alarm will let me know before it gets to be a big problem. We have had alot of friends see the system and tell us they are going to pick one up when they get home. For us, this was definitely worth it!

I am not mechanical person, but the instructions and the youtube video were so helpful, and I was able to install the system myself in less than a couple of hours. Great system - great customer service. I had a question about drilling the hole on the granite (which I did not do myself) for the faucet, and I called and the person who answered was very helpful. Also, I sent them an email about adding additional filters, and they replied with all the needed information quickly.

Ive hat this for about a year now. It was pretty easy to install. I chose to mount this in the basement instead of under my sink since I wanted to feed a line to my icemaker and a line to the provided faucet that I mounted on my kitchen sink. The water taste great. I would recommend watching the video as well.

Purchased this unit in December of last year. Instructions were very detailed but manageable as I worked through the process of placing the unit under our kitchen sink. As you know, working under the kitchen sink can be challenging. I had to call the help hotline only once for confirmation of what I was doing was correct. They were very helpful. Our drinking water is now clean, clear and good tasting. This is a very nice product.
