 Just got it installed and I think it’ll be good to go for the long haul. The installation was easy enough but I did get mixed up based off one picture in the instructions. If I left the filters setup the way they came there wouldn’t have been a problem. Did need to drain the tank twice to clear up the taste also. And thanks Nick for checking up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was okay!

Installation took a couple of hours (for a first timer), mainly due to deciding on where to mount and place all the components. If I had to do it again, I could easily install this in 45 minutes. I measured my tds ppm and pH level prior (440 ppm and pH=7.5) to and after install (30 ppm and pH=9.1). I knew I wouldnt get 0 ppm because the AK filter added good minerals back to the water and made the water alkaline which is what I want. I also got the refrigerator ice maker kit. Now my refrigerator dispenses great tasting water and ice.I also like that this unit has a 2:1 ratio for waste to good water. Not to waste any water, I routed the waste water (575 ppm) line to a large catch storage unit outside where the wife can water her garden with.

After receiving an email from Nick with ISpring to see how the product was performing I wanted to share with everyone my experiences. As of time of review I have been using this product for almost a full month I can only say I am completely satisfied as a customer. The filtration system blew away my expectations. Installation did take some time due to drilling a hole in the sink, which the manual even had a set of instructions for this step. However the instructions were clear and easy to follow, I consider myself a tad handy but I am not building a house anytime soon. DIYers out there should be than able to handle this project no problem. I picked up a water tester which tested the mineral ppm, the water tested at a staggering 16ppm. For comparison the tap ran at 170ppm and my stepdad who used to work in bottled water said their product ran at about 70ppm. I fully recommend this product to anyone reading this.

After running around to find the correct RO to buy, finally I got my first RO system to install. I always want to buy RO system but worry about how to install by myself and to expensive to hire the pro also very costly around $1200.00 After reading from so many buyer and they keep telling us how easy is to install by homeowner. I finally bought the iSpring. I choose this one because the beauty of brushed nickel faucet is included, I don't need to buy as an extra. After installing the iSpring and make a test for the system and I found leaks on the connection between the hose on the top of the tank. I made phone call to customer service and they help me how to fix the problem. The customer service is very responsive. Every time I have questions they will answer the phone right away not a BS runing around phone system, or waiting for ever like my Sprint customer service that waiting for long time to get an answer. Over all I'm very happy with the system and the result of clean drinking water for my family. Save me money from buying filtered water by the gallon. Thanks iSpring, I've recommended iSpring to friends and neighbors.

I found out about reverse osmosis filtered water when I saw whole foods were selling it in bulk. Before installing the system I used to buy this water from whole foods in gallons but the issue with that that it gets inconvenient to carry the gallons and it gets expensive because I also like to wash my vegetables thoroughly with filtered water and cook using it. I did the research and after looking into the company and reading all the reviews, I decided to go with iSpring system. Installation was fairly straight forward and easy to complete. The faucet that comes with the system looks beautiful and neat. After cycling a bit of water, I ran a purity test. The reading showed 30 which is even better than whole foods water! I think the taste is also better! I find myself drinking a lot of it throughout the day. I have a few 1 liter glass bottles and just refil them every day and take it with me everywhere, to work, gym, hiking, keep it in the car. This is definitely the water you want to flow through your body, and serve your family. When cooking with it, I think it makes cooked food taste better, for example if you make a soup, dont use tap water, it has a ton of impurities that build up in your body over time. With this filtering system I couldnt be happier! No need to worry about water quality that I drink, no more buying plastic water bottles! So convenient! It is defenetely worths the investment.

Purchased in February 2018. Instructions were very good, and loved the color coded tubing for easy identification. Not much room under my my sink, so installed the system in the basement directly under the sink. This took much longer with construction of a shelf and running a new electrical receptacle to accommodate the UV filter. Also ran a line to the refrigerator for the ice maker. Without the additional work, I could see this system easily being installed within an hour or two. The RO water tastes great, and were looking forward to years of great tasting water from terrible tasting well water. Good-bye to bottled water. I also want to send out a big thank you to Nick at iSpring.

Best tasting water ever!!! Very easy hook up although i had to do a trip to the hardware store to get a different size main water diverter valve still the easiest set up to install. Will highly recommend!!!

It seems I received a used system. Housings were dirty and the membrane was wet. I immediately returned.
