I had a couple problems with an earlier iteration of this system, and left a negative review. I was very happy with iSpring's staff, they were very receptive to my issues and continued push for resolution. We ended up replacing the entire unit as a result of my continued issues. Once I've had some time to test this newer version I'll update it to the 5 stars I have a feeling it will warrant. Thanks iSpring for the help!

What a wonderful device! My water in Lake Worth, Fl came out of the tap completely yellow. I have had a very expensive water softener, a gigantic expensive tank filled with charcoal and neither one worked as well, or made my water taste better than my Big Blue whole house water filter. It was easy to install and now my water is crystal clear.

Great value for the money. I also love the included water leak alarm. I neglected to wrap the tank threads with Teflon during the initial install. The alarm alerted me to the leak and the easy fix. Love it so far!
