I have an older R/O system, and the former distributor has left town, so I went to Amazon to find replacement filters. They arrived, but looked a little different than the ones for my system. I got on the phone and spoke with Josh. He did some great problem-solving over the phone, I shared a couple of pix of the system, and he sent me out some parts that were needed to modify iSprings filters to my system. It took a couple more phone calls, and several weeks, but my system is now up, running, and not leaking! Big thanks to Corey, James, and Josh - super helpful, smart, excellent communicators, and truly went above and beyond.Now that I have the proper hoses and fittings, Ill be back next year for more filters!!!

Highly recommend the these filters! Ive used the 5 stage RO system in my old house for 4 years with no problems. Ive purchased a new unit for my next house. These filters are high quality and very affordable.

Filters are easy to replace and instantly make your water taste great again. Just make sure you have thread tape (not included) for replacing the Stage 5 Post Carbon Filter. The only thing that would make this filter pack better is if they included the thread tape otherwise a good set.
