received order quickly and everything was there ready to install. installed myself with very little trouble. i needed to go buy a couple of different fittings to connect to my home. install went smoothly and everything works as it should.

I bought this product last year and I must say that this is an excellent product. I had some trouble with the "cold water feed adapter"; The quality of this part was sub par and it cracked. (I had called a professional to install it). I hope they have improved on this part in this past year. I contacted the ispring customer service and Ben West from customer service was excellent. He agreed to the fault and recommended me to buy a cold water feed adapter from Watts. I looked around in all big box stores, and could not find it.. I finally bought it online from Watts website. Needless to say Ben compensated me for all the trouble. Ultimately, when I did the part from watts, I installed the water myself and it was a breeze. I have been using it for almost a year now and the taste of water has improved 10 folds. I was tempted to give this a 4 star (for the quality of the part) but I am giving this a 5 is because of the honest and quality customer service given

I was shocked how easy this was to setup! I have no professional tools or any experience whatsoever with plumbing. It took about one hour to completely install this thing. It was up and running within 6 hours (this includes flush time, etc.).

A couple of small problem mostly installer induced. Filter does not fit firmly into bowl and can be difficult to line up with housing, allowing small leaks. Once these small difficulties are overcome, the system works great!! Water is great tasting, boils in a pot without leaving a white ring and flows almost as fast as the unfiltered tap.

This filter comes complete, easy to install, customer service is superior, water quality so far is up to par with more expensive systems. My 17. Year old son install it for me. I highly recommend this filter system and the company behind it.

Great water filter, easy installation took me about an hour and a half to install. I used to hate smelling the chlorine in the tap water. Now I enjoy drinking my filtered water. Would definetly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a water filter.

I have been using this system for two months now and it works flawlessly. Being in a hard water area, the drinking water doesnt taste so great right out of the tap. But, now it tastes so good I always refill my bottles only from this system.

All went well. The installation was straight forward and smooth! - Dont forget to run the water through the system before connecting the tank so that the water passing through can become clear. The first run through comes out black due to New Filters . .
