First of all I would like to say this is a well designed system. My water quality is much improved. Have had the unit for a couple of months & it has exceeded my expectations. Installation was easy. If you follow the YouTube video the manufacturer has posted you cant go wrong. Customer service is outstanding! I have been contacted both by phone & email in regards to my satisfaction with the product. With all of this said I highly recommend this filtration system. Thanks iSpring!

I bought this system to replace the old RO system I had. I also bought their TDS meter. Had 257 ppm out of the tap, after filtering I got a reading of 9 ppm. Thats better than most bottled water! Cant be happier!

Great price for a RO filter, however the connectors felt cheap and kind of flimsy. Other than that, I appreciated the directions and video links. Me, a non-handy mom had it installed in about an hour!

Easy to install system with comprehensive online video guide. Cant say that I installed it fast but I did it myself 24 months ago - still running good, no issues. The water quality as expected is clean, no residue.

Usually i am not the type to write comments on the things that i buy, but this one is working so well that i felt urged to do so. After comparing water systems online we decided to buy the ispring one because it had the best reviews. The system arrived very quickly with us and we got right to installing it. The installation using the video online was very understandable. After contacting customer service to help us make sure that we installed everything correctly they even send s a relay part for free, which arrived in 2 days. Also the water from this filter tastes very good and surely superior to any refrigeration filter. Product= 5 stars ; Company= 5 stars; Buy again? = heck yeah!

Before installing this unit the ppm of my water was 125. After the installing it the ppm dropped to 004. Very impressed.

We watched the installation video as suggested which made it easier to install. Water tastes great. My kids only drink water & they usually are critical about how certain water tastes. But they say it tastes as good as bottled water. Great system @ a great price!

This system works very well for us. We have a well with good, but very hard water. We already had a whole house filter, but also a water softener, so I was concerned about the salt. The TDS levels have gone from over 300 to less than 20 and the ice we make from the water is now practically clear where before it was very clouded. Were a very small household (just 2) and it gives us plenty of water for ice and for drinking. Weve had this for almost a year now and I just replaced the filters for the first time. Everything seems to be fine. Its a little intimidating to set up, but the online videos are very helpful.
