This is my second iSpring Reverse Osmosis system. Ive been in the the water distiller manufacturing business in the past. Im a bit familiar with water quality and water purification products. iSpring is my choice! It produces great, clear, beautiful tasting H2O.I have the iSpring 7 that remineralizes the water and has a UV light for killing pathogens in the water.I also ordered a First Alert Water Test Kit to test for: bacteria, lead, pesticides, nitrates, nitrites, chlorine, hardness, pH. I use one of these $10 kits as well as a TDS meter to check my water quality periodically.I installed both of my iSpring systems in order to be familiar with the installation in the event that there is a leak or for filter changes or cleaning. It handily fits under my kitchen sink. Once installed properly, I havent had any problems with leaks.Customer service is always knowledgeable and helpful and sends out parts quickly if needed.Id definitely buy again.

 Absolutely love our new 7 stage. Easy install and no need for plumbing experience. No leaks!! Our old three-stage(different brand) water was so acidic. Tested this new systems output minutes after install finished and it tested a around 7-8 PH. Amazing! The manufacturer of the old system was trying to sell me a new water tank for $300. Couldnt believe that I could get an entire new (and better) system for less than that. If your on the fence........ do it.

Water tastes great! Simple RO water systems left me with water that made me more thirsty for some reason...then I realized it was devoid of the good trace minerals that are naturally in fresh water. This system produces balanced clean water that leaves the body hydrated. A bit complicated with the number of filters add but iSpring makes it easy to replace parts.

It does exactly what is promised! Ive had it for about 4 months now and it provides really good tasting water that is clean and healthy. It was extremely easy to install (2 hours) by myself and I am not a trained plumber. The TDS count is extremely low (sub 30) which is great when TDS numbers in my area are over 250! The only reason it wasnt a 5 was I had was the faucet seem to have an extremely slow drip which wasnt a major issue and the tank rubber washer didnt work well initially, however I contacted Nick at customer service, and had replacements within a week, which was great. They were prompt, extremely easy to work with and seem to be a great company who is putting out a great product for any and everyone. Have and would definitely recommend this water filtration system!

Nick sold this unit to us and we love it! This unit was easy to install with good directions. All of the water connections are slip joint and you do not need tools to make the connections. They also do not leak! As for the water for drinking it is great! We are on well water which does not taste very good but with this unit the water is great tasting. We also connected it to the ice maker so the ice is good too. When it comes time to change the filters the whole unit can be pulled out from under the sink and you have easy access to change out the filters. We have had this unit for about 3 1/2 years and had to change out the filters, the membrane and the ultra violet light a few times but without any problems.
