So far this filter has been great. I didnt have any issues installing and havent had any problems with the unit. This is a no brainer purchase. Dont waste your money on big box, big name brands. This unit is a better performing unit for less money. I also bought their fridge install kit, which was easy as well.

I bought this system to replace an aging system that started to give me issues. During filter changes I always had to worry about leaks due to the style of fittings the old system utilized. Im happy to say choosing iSpring was a great choice. I bought the US31 system and am very pleased. The fittings iSpring uses are much better and I have not had an issue with leakage since day one. I have owned this new system for 2 years now and am impressed with the quality as well as iSprings generosity including extra common fittings with their system just in case you need them. I would buy this system again. It pays for itself over bottled water within a year or so depending on your useage and how much water you drink but it lasts much longer then the break even point making it a better deal than bottled water. Less plastic bottle waste too!

It looks great, comes with very clear instructions for installation and provides great tasting water at a competitive price. I was able to install it in under an hour and have had no problems with it in months of use.

It is a very nice filter. It took me a few hours to install it as I needed to drill a hole to my countertop. After two months of the installation, everything has gone well and so the time was well spent.

Love my beach condo but hated the water. Until this miraculous little filtration system. Easy to install (make sure the hoses are attached securely) and operates like a charm. No more bottled water for us!
