We installed this system about a year and half ago. Ive waited to submit a review because I dont like reading reviews from someone who just received an item. I like reviews when the person has some experience with the item. I give this system a 5 star rating for several reasons. 1. It works. I can tell it works because when I changed the filters they looked dirty. The first filter was the color of our red clay dirt which made me know that drinking tap water means Im also drinking a little bit of dirt along with it. Not any more! 2. The filters were very easy to change. I was worried that replacing the filters would be a problematic job but it was so easy. It took only a few minutes. 3. Our water quality is really great now. It used to have a hint of a strange taste especially in the summer but now all year it tastes good. My laundry is so much fresher and softer! 4. Replacement filters are not all that expensive and they last a year. We did have the system installed by a plumber. I considered installing it myself but ended up calling a plumber I know. He had it in quickly and easily. I think I could have done it but didnt want the worry of installing it incorrectly. I would recommend this system to a friend. I dont think you can go wrong with this system. I think youll enjoy it as much as we do.
