So glad its 2017 -- after years of living without a decent RO system , after much procrastination I bought an iSpring... We always loved the clean taste of RO water -- but I never dreamt a system that could be so quickly installed. Very high quality, pleasantly well designed, easy service and the replacement filters are super reasonably priced...(the most important consideration) The availability and quality of the filter media really is the linchpin of *any* RO filter system, so research that before you buy any other brand. iSpring has made owning and maintaining an RO system practical at last.

I purchased my iSpring RO water system, the 5-stage, Sept. 2014. I have been more than pleased with the results of the water that goes throuhgh the system. Very easy to install. I live in a small town that still uses chemicals to treat the water for the city. The water goes through my RO system and comes out like spring water, clear and taste. Would recommend this 5-stage to anyone wishing for good drinking water.

iSpring RCC7 High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System and Ultimate Water Softener- WQA Gold Seal Certified. I use iSpring RO filter in Dallas area for almost year and a half. Water tastes so much better! I got 5 stage RO filter and added 6 filter (to add minerals) some time ago. Relatively easy to install and maintain. Faucet fits dish washing fluid dispenser that I removed - no need to drill whole in the counter top.

Great RO! We had one for years before we moved to this house 5 years ago. We have well water and I enjoyed the taste straight from the well. My wife hinted from time to time how much she missed an RO. I did my homework. The iSpring RCC7 had great reviews and now that we have it installed I can certainly see the reviews were well worth it. It took just a few glasses of water for me to remember how much I missed RO water. GREAT. Lots of videos on line, great and clear instructions, and customer service was a phone call away when I had a question. (I got a person, not a machine!) NICK, our customer service guy got right back to me when I needed him. Im not a mechanical wonder and even I was able to install it! Im so glad my wife kept hinting!

This RO system ( iSpring RCC7) is very easy to install, is affordable, and produces great drinking water. It comes with easy to follow instructions. Everything I needed was included. Color coded hoses makes it hard to screw up. Nice faucet, too. Took me about an hour to remove my old unit and install this new one. It's been in use for a couple months only, so it's impossible to judge it's longevity. However; the quality of materials seem high. That combined with the follow up from Nick at iSpring to make sure everything was ok makes me feel reassured should any problems occur. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We have had several RO systems in the past but this is one of the best. However, what is truly outstanding about this brand is the manufacturer behind it. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. If you have any problem, they will ship a replacement part without any question asked. Our water tank went bad after 2 1/2 years of use. They volunteered to replace it at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

Finally! No more filters clogging up counter or fridge space and the water is delicious. We live near mining sites and our water table fluctuates a ton annually. We also have incredibly hard water. This is just what we needed. Fairly easy install in a tight space with some help from someone who turns a wrench more often than me. Concise directions and color-coded tubing. Customer service is top-notch with pre-purchase questions and great followup (Thanks, Josh!) It has been functioning smoothly for six months and I expect for years to come.

By now, we have had the system operational for 4 months. We did not want to leave the review right away without giving it some time to observe the systems performance. Recently, Claudia from iSpring Water Systems has reached out by email inquiring about our experience with the system. This prompted us to leave this review. The installation of the product under the kitchen sink was straightforward with instructions provided. There was no need to buy any additional plumbing parts, all the necessary parts were provided inside the box. Only a few basic tools such as drill, screwdriver, and small adjustable wrench were needed for installation. In total, the complete installation took about 3.5 hours including reading the instructions, installation itself, and flushing the filters and the holding tank with water. During the 4 months since we had no issues at all, and the water quality is great. All the tastes from the tap water are completely removed by this filtration system, so the drinking water appears fresh and tasteless. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase.
