This system works incredible! I live in Arizona and our tap water tastes like straight chlorine but the isrping system took care of it no problem. The instructions are easy to follow and takes only about an hour to install.

Great Product! It is noticeable the difference in taste. The instructions could be improved, maybe adding a few photos (even if they would like to save the money, they could do it online). Bought the ICEK package thinking it would include everything that I needed to install it behind my fridge but it only works it you install it right next to your sink, which in my case did not worked (if you are only going to install it behind your fridge just buy the filtration system and the pressure regulator and get the unions and other items from Home Depot). It would had received 5 stars if it had had better instructions. Ps: make sure you get the water line all the way in, if not you are going to make a mess!

Very easy to setup and works great. Our tap water was reading at 347ppm before using the iSpring, after install it was reading at 24ppm. Would buy it again.

The filters do what the vendor says they do. Replacement is as convenient and quick as it could be. This counterbalances one of my two complaints, which is the expense of the replacement regime.The other complaint does not distinguish this product from its competitors. The plastic containers are horribly wasteful. They need to be redesigned to accommodate disposable replacement-filter cartridges to avoid trashing these thick, rigid plastic containers year after year.A small internal adjustment would allow the current format to continue to serve its structural function while allowing owners to replace the filtration material. Just update the containers to be recyclable shells that include a screwcap bottom to handle internal pouches that slide out for disposal of the foul part. Do a rinse, slide in a new pouch, reseal, and put the container back into the system. This would greatly reduce waste. When the connection mechanism eventually wears down, replacement could be handled as it is now, alongside filter-only replacement. The old cartridge could then be recycled. This reconfiguration would make this design more ecologically sustainable, reduce user cost, and retain the value of the vendors business.If this supplier will not do the job, someone else will.
