Installing the iSpring RCC7 High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage filtration system in my rental house was the greatest gift I could have given myself. No more lugging in and dealing with heavy 5 gallon filtered water bottles. My landlord has many rental units all with the same nitrate issue. I'm encouraging him to install this unit in each one. I love it!!

In 2013 I had to get a water system because I was starting a salt water fish tank. I bought this unit because I could also use the drinking water faucet. The water is so clean and fresh that I guess it has turned us into water snobs. Some places where we go out to dinner and they give us a glass of water, we find it undrinkable. I cant understand why a restaraunt wouldnt make a small investment to give customers good water instead of water that tastes like it was scooped out of a swimming pool.

Excellent water system. We use this system to purify our well water. This is my second unit from iSpring. At our current house we use the 5 stage system, which has been great. We're moving to a new place and we will be upgrading to the 6 stage system at our new house.

We recently mover to a community that has very hard water and decided to install a salt based water softener to prevent damage to the plumbing and make everyday activities like bathing and washing dishes and clothes easier. We then had to decide what to do with people, pets and indoor plants that consume drinking water. Since the salt based water softener adds sodium to your tap water, it would be harmful to be consumed by people and pets and would kill indoor plants. Instead of buying case after case of bottled water the only clear choice was to install an RO system. After doing some basic research we decided to purchase the iSprings RCC7 system and after using it for about a month now are very pleased with the quality and taste of the water. Since we had already contacted a plumber to install the water softener we had him install the iSprings unit also. About the only thing that we have considered doing is to install a tee with a shut off valve and short piece of tubing after the three prefilters so that when you change the prefilters you could simply close the valve and flush out the prefilters before sending water to the RO membrane.

We have had this water filtration system installed for about a month and love it! The water tastes great and the quality is fantastic. Before purchasing, I did some research on water filtration systems and found this system rated well across the board. We had a professional plumber install it and he was even impressed with the quality of the parts of the system. The customer service is also great! Nick reached out to us to make sure everything was going well with the system and let us know we could contact him with any questions or concerns we had. Bought this back in August of 2015 to be installed underneath my sink and had it connected to the fridge with the extra kit. So far I have no problems, the water pressure is great, instructions for install were easy to understand. Looking back it was a great idea to have the extra faucet installed by the kitchen sink so we can use it to for cooking without going to your fridge, plus you can get room temperature water instead of cold water. Overall great value and reliable product so far, I hope they will add A built in TDS meter In the future to make monitoring more convient of when to change filters and peace of mind your system is working, I have a portable one now I use occasionally but its always a hassle to remember where I kept it last.

I am very happy with our new iSpring RCC7 ROM. Instructions were simple and the install time was about 2 hours. We have had excellent service from Nick and iSpring water systems in Atlanta. Thumbs up for even contacting us while they were in the middle of a hurricane to ensure all was okay. Thanks again for the great service!!

I am very happy that I got this RO system. I originally purchase Brondell H2O+ system due to the neat design and low waste. But I couldnt finish the installation as Brondells system had very bad fitting design, I couldnt even connect it to my cold water inlet. So I returned the Brondell and got this iSpring RCC7 instead. No regrets, this system is cheaper with one more stage and filter costs are way lower. I installed the system within an hour, their installation video on youtube is very helpful. I tested the TDS in the water coming out of the system, it was always around 5~6 ppm. The Kirkland bottled water from Costco had TDS of 25 ppm. Water from RCC7 tastes great, better than the Costco water. I am highly satisfied.

Hi Nick, I really do love my new iSpring RCC7 RO water filter system. I replaced an old RO system with the iSpring RCC7, so my installation was easier than a new install would have been. The instructions were the most straight forward, easy to understand and well written instructions Ive ever read. Really easy to follow. And the different color water lines made things a lot easier too. The system really works great. Thanks, Mike

Absolutely love the ease of install and resulting fresh drinking water. Before this RO system we tried many types of under the sink solutions that were only moderately successful at providing a nice glass of water. Never mind the replacement filter costs were through the roof. Enter the iSpring and all of that has changed...... the water tastes great ( as in, no taste at all) and when it does come time to replace the filters it is extremely affordable.
