I bought two of these systems when remodeling my basement. I installed one of them and the plumber installed the other: I followed the directions easily found on YouTube (and referred to in the supplied installation instructions) and the plumber did not. His installation leaked because he pinched one of the gaskets. Both have been going strong for almost 2 years. Very happy!

I have to say after getting this water filtration system up and running it is a great choice for the money. My first shipment did not have all the parts so they sent me a second shipment. It took quite a bit to get it installed but I am no plumber and still got it done with my old pipe system. The difference in water quality is noticeable even here in NY where the water is not bad to start. Nick from ispring messaged me afterwards to make sure the system was running good which I appreciated.

I installed WGB21B system a week ago and am extremely happy with the performance thus far. It was very simple to install (there are many excellent youtube instructional videos) and after the proper rinsing procedures, produced water that was greatly improved over what Id been receiving from my tap. No more lugging jugs from the supermarket. Shout out to Josh at iSpring!

The system has been installed for 2 weeks. So far so good. I ordered and made the appointment at the same time online. The box arrived at my house in 3 days and the guy came to my house right on time. Everything went well. We now can use the water to cook coffee and make soup freely (before I bought Costco water as weekly basis).

Ispring is really great water filtering system. The taste of water is amazing. I used to have other filters but this one is the best so far. I definitely recommend this product
