Had this for a few months now and I love it. The water is just tasteless compared to the tap. I also purchased a water tester and it removes approx 80 to 90% of particles in the tap water. Setup was super simple took under 30 mins to hook everything up. And if you are having difficulties there is a video on YouTube to assist you. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this product because my tap water still tasted funny, and smelled off even with the high dollar water treatment system I have. While searching for a solution, I came across this product and couldnt believe the price was so low. I saw similar systems from other manufactures selling for much more. Based on the reviews I read on this system, I thought Id go for it and order and I am sure glad I did. This system has removed all of the odor and the salty taste that my water had. My water is now crystal clear and tastes great! I followed the videos on youtube and had no problem installing this system. I really did take my time. Id watch a section of the video, complete the steps and then move on to the next step. When I was finished the system worked the first time with no leaks! I also bought the ice maker kit so the ice cubes in my freezer make are just as good as the water from my RO faucet. This was also very easy to install.

I was little skeptical about buying a purifier but I springs proved me wrong. This product indeed gives armistice good quality of water and I like the kind of enhancements that we can add to it (like UV). Like most of the other reviewers said the instructions and installation video was very helpful as. I could able to install the whole system in about a 1 hr.

We well water, so I have used a few RO units. We recently downsized to a home with city water. My wife had a reaction to the chemicals in the water and couldnt drink it at all, not even to make ice. We purchase this unit and it works great. Not only is it high quality and easy to install, it takes all the chemicals out of the water. My wife can drink the water now with no problems at all. I highly recommend this.

I have been buying RO filter systems off eBay for 15 years at least. I liked the features of this system, which includes an upgraded brushed nickel faucet, so I bought one for my sons new home. The company has helpful installation videos on their website and YouTube. Great information for someone who has never installed one of these. Aside from the nice faucet, you also get a really handy brass feed water adapter that attaches to the water shutoff valve. Could not be easier! The system also comes with everything you need to install it but a crescent wrench and maybe a basin wrench. No need to call a plumber unless you cant follow the directions. I liked the system so much I decided to purchase another one for my home, especially when I saw the price had dropped. Changing the filters every year is fine and Ive done that, but I like to change the storage tank, auto shutoff valve, tubing, fittings and everything else that is in contact with water every couple of years. So that means a whole new system. Maybe not necessary, but it gives me some peace of mind that there is less chance of a malfunction or leak. Ive had other systems that have leaked and you dont want that mess. I always put the filter system in a plastic bin under the sink in case of a slow leak developing. ISpring includes a water alarm so I mounted the sensor inside the bin. Perhaps not necessary, but another thoughtful item. I would recommend a TDS tester when purchasing a system like this, so you know how well the system is working. I called iSpring customer service as I had a question about the RO membrane housing. The call was answered after only a ring or two by a live person, not a recording, or being put on hold forever. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my question quickly. I am very pleased with this system. TDS readings after draining the tank a couple of times were about 8ppm and I expect will improve with time as the carbon filter settles in. I did a lot of research online comparing features before deciding on this iSpring system. There are more expensive systems and less expensive systems. But either way, I dont think I would get as much for my money. If customer service is like my first experience, then I am a happy hombre.

Easy to install. Instructions were very clear however I did receive the faucet washer and net but the nut did not have a thread. Would you kindly send me a nut with a thread please. I am super excited to use this system. So far no leaks and with the quality of the product and the instructions I have very high hopes for very clean water in my future.

I installed the iSpring RCC7 RO system about 6 months ago. We have well water that is not so great. This system produces really clear looking and clean tasting water. Bought a TDS inline meter at Amazon also. Improved the water from 390 down to 12. The picture shows the installation in the basement. Love it there. Doesnt clutter the under sink cabinet and maintenance will be easier. I also put a tee in the supply line and ran it to the ice maker on the refrigerator. The booster pump has produced excellent water pressure. Nick at iSpring was helpful in answering my questions. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I LOVE how quickly I was able to get this up and get great tasting water! Due to some recent contamination in our local water table, our filtered water and ice cubes had become undrinkable! This system solved this! The installation was a breeze, the Video + FAQ literally solves every possible "human error" issues you can possibly encounter. One big recommendation: Make sure the outlet you plug the unit into has constant power (e.g. not the one you use for the disposal!). It says this in the FAQ and saved me hours of confusion! I also used the spare quick connect attachment to split water between the faucet and my refrigerator! My wife thinks I am a super handyman now, but in reality it was just super simple and super effective. Additionally, customer service is top notch - I have spoken with Josh a number of times and he always is checking to make sure things are working well, and that I am satisfied with my purchase. Who does that anymore?

So far it works great. I have this paired with the big blue whole house filter. It takes the well water from 565ppm down to 27ppm TDS. If I put it through a Britta filter pitcher after it’s down to 13ppm. I bought this because I am prone to kidney stones so hopelfully drinking this water will help.. As well as adding some mileage to the espresso machine.

This is my 4th R/O unit over the last 20yrs. I used a Reef R/O-DI 5 stage until it literally turned to dust, as I kept aquariums, orchids, and had several appliances that use distilled water. Fast forward and now have just one tiny nano aquarium, and we drink carbonated water almost exclusively. iSpring has superb build quality, and if you follow the instructions and test every connection for leaks, this unit has been a fantastic producer so far. I draw a gallon at a time regularly and the noise is barely audible when the pump kicks in to refill the tank. Our city water is liquid rock with a DKH that leaves a crust on fixtures. I am measuring a huge improvement in water quality, and my picky wife drinks it without complaint. My unit has been installed since it arrived and I would buy again.
