Edit to my initial review below. I switched to five stars since the customer support is dilligent, nice and provided prompt reply. They are considering a better approach to my issue and will improve the design. I wish all companies had a similar customer support and were open to suggestions. When they improve that connector, this filter will be affordable and simple to install. Everything was packed neatly and it was easy to identify all parts. I strongly recommend watching the video and the manual. The installation video is OK but showed one UV filter that was not included in my package. No idea if it was from another model or if it was really missing. But I couold manage that. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the plastic tube insert, the collar and the nut that connect the blue tubing to the drinking faucet are absolutely not a good system. The other connections are far better designed. This is a point to improve. At the very end the plastic collar got deformed (not tool to tighten the nut was used, only by hand) and it started to leak. To solve this leak took me way longer than the whole assembly of all other connectors, filters, etc and I had to discard the tube insert and create a makeshift washer with teflon tape. After that got solved, the water taste is delicious. Good product -speaking of the drinking water quality- but not to be installed by yourself if you are not of the handyman type...

Installation: Just installed this last night. If youre unsure if you can do the install yourself watch the installation video (its in the list of other photos by the main product photo). The manual was well written (not a poor translation from another language), it had lots of photos, and you can always reference the video. Go slow and double check your work. Twice I hooked up something incorrectly but caught it on the recheck. Parts: The faucet looks nice and doesnt feel cheap. The hoses are color coded which helps during install. The kit ships with everything I needed but 2 wood screws I used to mount it under the sink (you dont have to mount it). It also came with some extra o-rings, fittings and clips. The water alarm they included is also a nice safety feature. Cons/Regrets: No Cons. Theyve gone to a lot of effort to make this something a homeowner can do. Wish Id ordered the Ice Maker kit at the same time though. In addition to good drinking water & good ice, this could also eliminate you needing to buy $40 filters for your refrigerator that barely do anything. You may have to bypass the filter on your refrigerator (now that you know how to use the quick connect fittings) and could also skip buying the expensive filters for your k-cup or traditional coffee pots.

I purchased this system in September of 2015. I live in an area in the south that has terrible city water. They actually just recently found the brain eating amoeba in the water not too far from where I live. I bought this system to protect my family as it filters down to 0.0001 micron. If you need to know what this means Google Particle Sizes and look for an engineering toolbox. Anyways, bottom line, the RO filter removes everything including viruses. To verify the filters effectiveness, I used a TDM meter. I tested my tap-water and it came out at around 115 ppm and then I tested the RO water at it was 7 ppm. An amazing difference. The biggest change I noticed in the water is that it tastes smooth; I dont know how else to describe it, but my tap water was harsh and had an aftertaste in my nose (probably from the chlorine) - not anymore. Installation was about as easy as I could expect. Im a fairly large guy and it was a pain contorting myself under the sink, but that isnt this products fault. It took me several hours to install and the directions were better than most directions. There is a lot of support out there for you if you need help with this. There is even a youtube video that I didnt even need. One word of caution! The quick disconnect fittings must be pushed in FIRMLY. When you first insert the hose into the fitting it will stop - so you may think it is in all the way, but it isnt. Push again a little harder and it will pop in a little bit more. Then you know you will have it. I had several leaks until I realized what I had done wrong. The parts are plastic so I understand the fear of pushing too hard on things, but you really need to make sure you put the water lines all the way in or they will leak. Once I got them installed correctly I had no leaks. You wont be sorry you got this...

Easy to install if you have some general knowledge of home repair. The quick connect fittings were easy enough to use, I did have one leak because I didnt seat it properly, but was easily fixed. Limescale was my main issue prior to installing this, I dont plan to test the PPM but will update if I still get heavy limescale buildup I will update. The written instructions are clear, the youtube video was also helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDhC9XMKLPA I also hooked up the ice maker kit, which was equally easy to install. I didnt have other water lines coming up from the basement so this system made it very easy to hook up to the ice maker.

Came well packaged and installation was pretty easy. Their Youtube video was very helpful. After charging and draining the system the water is perfect! It is probably the cleanest system I have ever tried. I was using the 3M single filter system and this blows it away.

Water now tastes great. This is a replacement for another system from another company. My husband is plumbing savvy and he said the instructions for this installation were more complicated than were necessary. When he accessed the You Tube video, he was disappointed in the lack of quality in the presentation, however, still found it helpful. The water is so well aerated that the bubbles get caught in the ice cubes. Very pretty in a glass =) I will update when replacing the filters at the recommended time.

Ive had this for about a year now and it is amazing! The water tastes fantastic and the system works great. The install wasnt too rough and the filter replacement goes fairly smooth as well. There are youtube videos that help also. We ran into a problem recently and the team at ispring (123filter.com) was great. They diagnosed the problem and patiently waited while we applied the fix. I highly recommend this RO system.

I did a fair amount of research before I bought this a year ago and consider myself to be slightly above a novice DIYer. I watched the YouTube instructional video and had no problems installing the system under my kitchen sink. This RO system has functioned flawlessly and provides excellent water. I am VERY pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

The tech support is great. I called before and after my purchase. They helped me clarify the confusion I had with different kinds of water filters and sent me a faucet stem extender for my unusually thick counter top I found out about during installation. Everything has been working beautifully since then. I highly recommend the company and the product!
