Once everything was set up, I love the system! The water tastes great. Some nit picky negatives are: 1-the brushed nickel faucet looks nice but each section constantly moves around. If the on/off spigot is centered, then usually the faucet arm that pours the water has swung to the left or right. Im constantly recentering all the pieces to they look straight. 2-like others have said, its very time consuming and a bit complicated to set up. It took me about 4-5 hours and I'm pretty handy. 3-Its also takes a HUGE amount of space under the sink-especially with the tank. I now have less than half of my under sink storage left

Great system and easy to install.The quality of the system seemed very good, at least as good as my apek water system, but for a lot less money. The instructions were clear and easy to read, and they included lots of little extras that were very much appreciated. There were extra connectors along with extra o-rings. Also, the faucet was very nice and would have cost extra if buying from apek. That was really great in my book. It didnt take long to install the system, maybe about an hour and a half, but I took my time and went slowly. The water taste great and the color coded lines made installation a snap. One other little tid bit of installation advice they added, that I thought was great and would have liked to have seen with my system, was the recommendation to install the drain line into a horizontal section of under sink drain pipe so that it reduces the sound of the brackish water draining.

I have purchased and installed 3 of these RO systems and am completely satisfied with the product and seller. First install required a larger diameter escutcheon plate. They sent it for free. The faucet with this unit is much better quality than the standard RO faucets seen with most other units.

I have been using this system for 10 months already. Water quality is awesome. Installation went trouble free, no leaks or any other issues till this day.I appreciate iSprings customer service for small packaging issue - missing part was shipped promptly, received it within days.Previously i had Watts system from costco. Comparing both i can say installation of iSpring was easier, I had leaks with Watts. What makes diffetence is iSpring has complete package with pump and UV lamp for comparable price.My personal opinion iSpring is better value for money.

Love this filter. We got it because there was report in the newspaper that older buildings in the Tacoma and Downtown area of Seattle may have some led from the old pipes going into the drinking water and we thought we didnt really want to deal with that so we bought this! Even though Seattle, Washington has pretty much the best water we could still taste a huge difference. We even tasted it side by side. The faucet is super classy although its not like high pressure like our sink but its only used for drinking and cooking anyway! Definitely look into getting it! And theres a lot of assembling for this so I also suggest clearing out your sinking and maybe find a friend to help you put install it if youre not good at putting things together!! :)

A complete system to healthy drinking water. Quality fittings. A lot of good instructions, manual and you tube. Instructions are set up for the basic RO unit and less clear for the added UV and ph unit. This unit is tall, I had only 2 inches to the bottom of the counter (along the side of the sink) and 2 inches under the canisters.I made a few calls to their customer service rep. J.D. Was excellentI feel that this company is great to deal with, will stand by their product and support their customers= Happy & Healthy

Easy install. I think I got the wrong clip/brackets for the UV light, but made it work with what I had. Being you can go 15 feet to the faucet, it would be better to supply at least that much hose. The one supplied was too short for my needs. That being the case and that I prefer natural colored hoses, I got my own. Its a little convoluted with the positioning of components, so my setup doesnt look like the photo exactly. In the end, it works fine with good pressure to faucet, even when letting run for a couple of minutes.

Great:Really pleased with this.Water tastes great.Good sturdy tap.Pretty fool proof setup.Good pressure and fast water flow.Large capacity storage container.Other notes:Its bigger than it appears in the pictures - I expected the tap to be shorter I think - Not a complaint at all.I also find that Im constantly not quite sate/satisfied - I get hungry/thirsty after drinking the water. I might disable or delay replacing the alkaline stage. It woould be cool to have a bypass valve maybe?Improvements: - More information on what minerals the alchaline stage adds and their estimated quantities. - Minor improvements to the instructions would be a plus. - Bypass valve for alcaline stage
