This is a good system and good price for the package but they should add an alkaline cartridge to it.

These filters do what theyre supposed to do and are the same as the ones that came with my unit. I do however have a leak in the connection of the membrane filter that goes on top of the unit. I have tightened it down as much as I can and it still leaks. Not sure why. Have the unit turned off right now until I can figure it out.

5 stars for excellent customer service from iSpring. The FT15 post-carbon filter came with straight PTC fittings that I couldnt remove and replace with the 90 and Tee that was installed on the original kit. A quick email and iSpring had another filter on its way with no fittings installed. I appreciate the quick and easy reponse.

After renting system from culligans for over 8 yrs...I ask them for a pay out to purchase ...they wanted outrageous amount.After reading the reviews..we decided to purchase .Installation was a breeze.We also purchased the water tester stick and it tested better than culligans by a couple points.Very clean and refreshing taste.
