Our doctor recommended it because of the poor quality of tap water in Costa Rica and the high price of bottled water. A major beneficiary of this system in our family is our beautiful little Yorkie. We had gotten concerned about her refusing to drink even the bottled water. She now drinks healthy amounts of this wonderful clear clean water. I was a bit concerned about the taste of the water, thinking it might taste like distilled water, to our pleasant surprise it tastes great. No issues with installation I even ran a line to the fridge so we get really nice healthy ice and cold water.

Installation instructions were adequate and installation was relatively straight forward though it took a little bit of effort to align the lines so that they would not leak. I found a big puddle under the sink a couple of times, but finally got it to stop leaking with no problems by just pushing the tube a bit deeper into the socket.

Wife mentioned that we should get one. Arrived with a few parts missing. iSpring did an amazing job at correcting and shipping us the missing parts. Was very easy to install. Fits perfectly underneath our kitchen sink.

I purchased a iSpring CU-A4 4-Stage Ultrafiltration Water Filtration System (December 2017) to replace my Whirlpool WHEEDF Dual Stage Water Filtration System. I installed the system today (January 14th, 2018), installation went reasonably smoothly, with no major issues. The filtered water tastes pleasingly refreshing. As this is a new installation, I will monitor this system over time as it will receive moderate in-home use.

Great system. Installation was not very hard. I put the system in the basement to save room under the sink. I would recommend this to anyone with water quality issues. We have a sulfur smell in our water. There is no smell after being treated by this ro system.

Easy to install. Love having my fresh filtered water and not buying bottled water any more. Had bought a different one but the adapter was plastic and doesnt work well when connecting to metal and I returned it. The iSpring has a metal adapter which is very important to know before you make a purchase. I would recommend this system.

Connected to my fridge without the faucet and so far it's working great. Did get a little bit of residue but that went away after flushing a few gallons.

LOVE IT! VERY easy install. Installed approximately one month ago. Took about an hour to install (next one would take me half the time). I added a connection to feed my refrigerator later (an additional 15 minute install). The water tastes AMAZING! It seemed like a simple equation for my family-have tastier water available and we will drink more. Also we can avoid using so many disposable plastic bottles! Ice is CLEARER and doesnt ruin drinks anymore... I had (single) filters at the sink and built in to the fridge. They didnt seem to do much (and did NOTHING for the flavor of the water). Now I have only one set of filters to think about. Couldnt be more pleased!
