Installation was very easy. After a week the pre-filter went from white to sandstone (the color of everything here in Southern Utah). I had to cut a few of the hoses down as I dont need 5 on all of them. Water tastes great as well.

Bought this system because did not like the taste of my tap water - was kinda salty and not a good taste (also the water taste was not same every time). After installing this system the water tastes great, always the same, I love it. No more plastic bottles.

This is a great product, it was easy to install all the lines are color coded and the directions were simple to follow ,Nick was my contact and offered any assistance if needed. The water it produces is excellent and it produces plenty, the system also comes with a great looking faucet ! I like this so much I am going to install one in my sons home.

So after researching every under sink water filter system out there for $200 or less, I decided on the US31, and Im VERY pleased. First of all, installation was simple... It comes with every bit you could possibly need to complete the install and some extras, all you have to do is follow the directions. It very well made, and extremely solid. Low price, but in no way says cheap. After several weeks of using my iSpring US31 system I'm beyond pleased. Thanks Nick@ iSpring!

Great filtration system! I really like the transparent filter cover for easy inspection of filter and I like that the faucet goes well in my kitchen. The setup was extremely straight forward and the water comes out at a good flow rate. The parts are quality and the company is great to work with and very responsive. I reached out to them with a question and got a quick answer. Nick and his team run a great operation! Compared to other systems Ive seen I think this one is better for a few reasons. 1. The kit comes with tube clamps to hold the hoses on. Others usually don't. 2. The filter housing in the first filter is transparent for easy checking of the filter. 3. The setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. 4. It comes with plenty of spare parts in case you have unique plumbing or lose or break a piece in installation. 5. The flow rate is consistent and not choppy like other systems Ive seen. The only negative I can think of is that you might need to drill a hole in your sink for the faucet if it doesnt have holes and caps already. Great system!

Very easy installation. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. All materials were included and good quality. The unit works as advertised. We replaced the supplied faucet with an oil rubbed bronze version to match our existing faucet.
