We decided to buy a water filter system few months ago and spent a lot of time to find a suitable one for us. Our budget was tight. Moreover, we were looking for such one that would not be complicated to install and definitely would last longer. One of my colleague told us about iSpring RO filter and we became some sort of interesting seeing his one. My husband ordered it as its inexpensive and size is exactly what we wanted. We are using this for last 1 month; till now do not face any trouble. It is easy to install with given straightforward and clear assembling instructions. The tank is made of NSF certified steel and it keeps the water flavor free. Another positive feature is that it removes almost 99% of contaminants, which was another reason of choosing this. My daughter is quite allergic to chlorine; last one month she is far better and no more sacred about more drinking water. It saves hundred dollar each month, which I used to spend for bottle water.

I received iSpring RO last week. I installed it to replace my old Culligan RO. I like the brushed nickel faucet, colorful tubings, transparent 1st stage housing, water detecter and reasonable filer price. Most importantly, the quality of processed water is amazing: from 500ppm down to 16ppm. Thank you very much. Keep good work!

The iSpring RCC7 has been great for my drinking water. I use to have a very bad tasting water that I would rarely drink due to the taste and sometimes the smell. But Now Im drinking the water all the time. I debated on a few different iSpring systems but chose this one to get me going. Very happy with the purchase. It was easy to install. I did have on leak that I found and fixed right away. The only thing I should have done different is flush the carbon filter longer. I did get some dark water at first but that was my fault for not following the directions well enough. I was contacted by James to do a review on this product. I was going to do a review no matter what. Super Happy with my purchase. Ive included a video of my setup.

This system is amazing! We purchased it last year when there was a public scare related to our tap water. We had been drinking the tap water for years under the assumption that it was just fine. How wrong we were! I've waited to post a review until after we had used the system for a while and done a filter change to see exactly what a difference it made. We knew right away that the taste of the water improved (we did a side by side blind taste test) and suspected the quality had changed as well. After the first filter change I realize how disgusting the tap water is. The first stage filter that was bright white when we installed it, had turned to a nasty filmy brown. Ew! To say we were grossed out is an understatement. We are so thankful for ispring and the excellent customer support they offer. Nick has contacted us regularly to check in and make sure we were satisfied. This is an excellent product at a very fair price. We highly recommend it!

The setup is not difficult and I was able to do it within 1 hour (and I don't have any plumbing experience) I just followed the videos on youtube. It has worked perfectly with no problems.

I read several reviews for this and MANY other RO filtration systems. I was quite relieved when I read the reviews on this one. I have now had it for over a week, and am very happy with my decision! The system came with all the parts in a well packaged box, and even had spare parts. Bonus was a water leakage detection sensor to be mounted under the sink. I did not realize it came with one, but I certainly use it- just in case! I had a plumber install the system, but after looking over the instructions, I *think* I might have been able to do it myself. My first glass of water (after filling and draining the entire tank as per instructions) seemed murky, but I quickly realized this was just the tiny bubbles from the (lack of) pressure from the initial usage. This has since cleared up and my water from the system has been great! I have not needed to contact customer service, but they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the product. I have no doubt that the company will be responsive should I have any questions or concerns.

Happy to have pure water now after installing the iSpring. I consider myself handy and it took me about 3.5 hrs to install. I didnt have a 1/2 drill bit to put a hole in our stainless steel sink so I had to run to Walmart to pick one up. You dont need oil when drilling a hole in the sink but instead just make sure there is water. Lastly the tank valve was leaking beads of water and I found it was because I did not do 10-15 wraps of Teflon tape like the instructions said to do. You really need to do this many or youll have leaks.
