This whole family drinks more water now that we have the iSpring ro system. My toddlers ask me for water and call it, "new special water", and they are right. First of all, it tastes delicious. Secondly, the customer service is stellar. The installation process was exactly what the instructions indicate. The inclusion of the "courtesy spare parts" will prove invaluable inevitably. I can only say positive things about this filtration system and only regret living so long without it. My parents told me for years about the importance of ro water with remineralization but it wasnt until I started keeping freshwater aquariums that I began testing my water and found it terrible. Additionally, I am originally from a town called Hoosick Falls, NY. The entire town in being declared a Superfund site because Dupont polluted the local water supply with PFOAs. The only filtration technique to get rid of PFOAs in drinking water is ro. PFOAs never leave the body once they are in, cause disease and are being found all over the country going by other brand names such as Gen X in North Carolina. I presently live in Minnesota and when my home was tested for radon it had high quantities of radon gas indoors requiring mitigation. I will remind the readers of the little known fact that radon also enters the house through your water. Any additional reasons you need? How about Chlorine, it has a skull and cross bones warning on it but its dumped into municipal water supplies to treat the tapwater. Many residents would love to know that their municipal tap water is not actually drinking water. Any amount of Chlorine works to kill so you clearly need this out of your water. And if your drinking bottled water like I was, I researched the locations of the spring water sources and found it to be located in a town whose drinking water had lead warnings. Then throw that water into a plastic bottle thats cleaned by whoever and stored however in bottles that are not always air tight and you have all your reasons to buy the iSpring.

It went together very nicely and the water taste good. I think that a saddle tap option for the feed would be nice.

Very happy with my decision. We have well water with a lot of iron. No more water cooler and hauling five gallon bottles upstairs! Great tasting water thanks to Nick for the help.

I purchased the iSpring filer system a few weeks ago to replace a Whirpool that was purchased at Lowes about 6 years ago. I began looking for a new filter system because the price of the Whirlpool filters was so expensive. We maintain ours as well as my parents. We bought them an iSpring system also. So we purchase twice as many filters as a normal household. The first thing I notice was the replacement filter price. I was very satisfied with the cost of the replacement filters. I began reading the reviews and was very impressed with how pleased everyone seemed to be with there iSpring filters. I have been very pleased with our filter system. I know that the clarity of water does not prove thats its clean and pure but I have included a photo. The 1st bottle is water filtered by the iSpring system, the 2nd bottle is from the tap, the 3rd is bottled water we purchased. We live in a rural area and are on a community water system.

Easy to install. We just had our kitchen redone and it was easily disconnected and then reset up.
