We live in rural Spain and not on mains water.We recently installed this filter system and tap in our kitchen, we now not only have nice tasting drinking water but have had it tested and confirmed it is also great quality drinking water.A real bonus!

Dont normally write reviews. Having just fitted a £7000 ro unit on my boat I was sceptical about a £370 ro unit. What a surprise this is a lot of kit for the money. Thoroughly recommend this unit. Very quite and the pump and acumulator work very well. Our water went from 300 ppm to 17ppm. Very pleased with this

Overall I'm very pleased with this system so far. Ive had it for about 8 months. Everyone in my house noticed the improved taste of the water and loves it. The only negative I could say is that it took me a few tries to get how the tubing connections are supposed to be done and the instructions, including the video, did not clearly explain it. Just make sure you cut the tubing cleanly and then make sure it goes all they way in. If memory serves, its about 3/4". Even when done correctly some of the connections leaked a little and had to be redone. I was concerned that I would have ongoing issues, but that has not been the case.

This is my third RO system over the years along with getting bottled water delivered for a few years, but we were going through 15 five gallons of bottles a month. You can not get a better equipment then with iSpring. With a company that gets their system so good you would think a good set of instructions would be written for this system. The instructions you get are for a 5 stage system and then supplemental instructions for the rest of the system. So installation could have been a little bit easier with one complete set of instructions written for this complete system. If you follow the instructions when installing the water lines you will get a leak free system the first time. This is a complete system. Nothing more you will need to get great tasting filtered water. Safety shut off is included. The UV lamp only comes on when water is flowing and the lamp controller will indicate if it is not working properly. The pump will insure your waste water is at a minimum. I have had this installed for over three months and it is quite and reliable. The only thing iSpring could do better is write a complete set of instructions for this system.

My one gripe is the package arrived with instructions for the 5 stage filtration system and we have the 7 stage system. Once I checked the ispring YouTube video things became clear. Install took around 2 hours and filling the tank another 2 hours with no leaking at all. The quality of the water produced if superior to any bottleday spring water and measures 19ppm, our normal mains water measures 386ppm. The taste is great and tea and coffee flavours are full. The system is very quiet in use and the pump only comes on when you use a certain amount of water, if you just fill a small cup it wont always power up which is good as it only come on when the tank drops to a certain level. All in all it is a really impressive system, I wish I had got one sooner. Its way better than the old Britta filter tap system we were using previously by a huge margin. Highly recommended without a doubt.

Easy install. The toughest part was getting a hole in the granite for the faucet. The water tasted better that the Walmart refills we used to get. The TDS measured was 1. Tap water : 456 ppm 2. Walmart refill: 39 ppm 3. iSpring : 19 ppm!!

I have construction knowledge so this was very easy to install. It is all I expected to be; my only concern is the high cost of replacement filters a year or so down the road.
