This was a really great purchase. I needed something to really clean my water up per my doctors orders for health reasons. Customer service was helpful when I had questions as well. I do not have the water tested but I can say that I no longer smell any type of chemicals, especially chlorine in my water. It also has a very clean taste. Now we have safe and clean water for drinking, washing fruits and vegetables, cooking, showers, and laundry. Oh, I almost forgot: shipping was surprisingly fast. I ordered this unit on a Saturday night and it was on my door step Tuesday morning.
