I installed my system two years ago. Seems like a high quality system - very clear instructions and all the components are well made and fit perfectly. Changed 1st stage filter twice and the 2nd stage filter once. I would say the filter life met my expectations.

I looked at several whole home systems and found this to be the simplest and complete system I need for my particular home. It fit exactly where I needed it to fit and install was simple and straight forward, my only concern was the rubber seals and making sure that they are clean and securely placed. Overall it’s great every six months I crawl down under and change the filters and clean out the canisters.

After researching several companies i chose ispring 123filter.com. What sold me was the functionality and customer service. After installing my system I did have worst tasting water. I called customer service and talked to Don. He verified i cleaned filter housing out and ran water for extended period of time. I was able to look up our public water results and share with him. He shipped out the gac+kdf filter. The results were very impressive. I run the system for the whole house and average 4k gallons a month. It's clockwork to change filters every 5 months. I can taste/smell a difference in the water. I bypassed the refrigerator filter because it has no change over the home system. The cost savings of that alone makes sense. I've recommend them to everyone asking and will continue to do business with them for a very long time.

Had a licensed plumber install unit which went fine until he turned water on, Second filter leaked badly, so he reseated filter which corrected that problem, Next problem was with the factory connector between the 2 filters. So to correct that problem I will have to get plumber back to fix that leak.

Installed this filter on a couple apartment units. Space was limited in the cabinet and these units fit perfect. They do a great job removing sediments and chlorine and improving the quality of the water!
