The water in my community contains a lot of sediment, sand and rust particles. These filters prevent it from getting into our food, drinking water, cloths & dish washers, bathing water and water heater. Not only are these filters a reasonable price, they are saving us money by reducing the costs of repairs and replacement on the bigger ticket items in the system.

Purchased these filters to replace 5 micron filters filters no loss of flow. Been in use for a month now and seem to be doing the job. Price was right about 1/3 of what I had been buying them for locally. They appear to be same quality as what I had been using.

These are like finding a treasure as far as quality and price go, they sell for 5X the price at local stores for a comparable filter. I order the box and it lasts me for a year. Filter quality is comparable to the store bought brands.

I use a 10 then a 5 micron filter canister. No issues with drop in flow at this point. I have cases of 10, 5, and 1 micron. They seem to work well(no pun intended).I dont have an issue with iron, but occasionally with sulphur odor. Cant write about that yet. They are cheap so its not a big deal.

I have a well with bad sulfur and calcium water (water looks like milk coming into the tank reservoir). I use these filters in series after chemical treatment to clear up the water. They take a heavy beating and dont fall apart and the water is clear (1 micron rating is accurate). Due to the build up I have to change the filters every few days depending on water usage so I appreciate the 50-pack at this price.

I am confused about this. I ordered the iSpring 1 micron filter for $70.00 iSpring 1M 50PK 1 Micron 2 5 Inch Sedimentand got the Purenex filters Purenex S50 1M Micron Sediment Cartridges in a box that looked like it had been through a war.The contents are intact, but not what I ordered. What is the deal? Bait and switch is what I would call it. Amazon should be able to force their sellers to SHIP WHAT WAS SOLD! If I order iSpring then I should get iSpring. I am not saying the filters I received are inferior. But it is kind of like buying a GMC and getting a Chevrolet. Basically they provide the same function but......... Just my 2 cents worth. ( I realize that I can return this, but I have no assurance I wouldnt be shipped the wrong item AGAIN!)I read the other review where this had happened to them as well so I guess I was warned in advance. I just feel this is an integrity issue. SHIP WHAT YOU SELL, not an "Equivalent" item. Minus 1 star for not shipping what I bought.
