This is the second iSpring RO filter I've owned. We moved a few months ago and had to leave the old filter at the old house. I didn't hesitate at all to buy another iSpring RO system. The couple of times that I've had to contact them they have been exceptionally helpful. Richard has been very friendly. As far as this specific system, I couldn't be happier with it. We have low water pressure at our new house due to having a well. The boost pump on the filter is so quiet I never hear it. I have it installed under my kitchen sink, so if it were noisy, I'd hear it when I'm in the kitchen. I can barely even hear when it's running if I have the cabinet open. The only issue I have had is a small leak from the top of the pressure tank, but that was my fault. I didn't get the connector on quite tight enough. once I tightened it, it hasn't leaked again. Everything else is working flawlessly. Overall, this system has provided great performance for the price and I recommend it to anyone needing a booster pump RO system.
