Had the 6 step for many years and then upgraded to the UV setup. Everything went well and tasted great. Ran into a bug on the electrics and Michele resolved the issue.

This is the best system I have ever had, I bought it 5 years ago and it is running like new. Customer service is excellent and very helpful. I will never consider buying a different brand

I've installed a bunch of iSpring equipment in homes. Their products are fantastic and their support and customer service is like no other. I installed this RO system and the improvement to the water is fantastic. Wish I would have done it sooner! Can't say enough about working with iSpring or their products!

5 months agoOrdered and delivered to my Grenoble,France address in 2017, it's still working fine after 2 filter changes. My skin is allergic to nickel and aluminum and who knows what else and this seems to have solved the problem. Haleluya! Had some issues this year, 2021, talked to Francis in Georgia, who fixed me right up fast and gratuit. Glad to have the filters instead of being the filter.

I purchased this RO system from Amazon in 2014 and have it mounted on my basement wall below my kitchen. It serves a dedicated faucet on my kitchen sink as well as two refrigerator ice makers. I made a few modifications including a larger 11 gallon tank. I love the results of having this appliance in my home. I have purchased replacement filters, parts, extra tubing, etc. from both Amazon and directly from iSpring and have always been pleased. Recently, I called the support line and spoke to Nick. After an excellent and very helpful conversation, Nick sent me a new part and gave me some suggestions on how to correct the issue I had. Thank you Nick!!! I have only praise for my experiences with iSpring!! Thank you very much!!!
