Great quality water going on 3 years. I use this thing by the gallons and filters last a lot longer than manufacturer suggests. My water is 450 to 800 ppm TDS and it filters down to 4 ppm for months and months without changing the filters.

It took some time, but the instructions were clear with lots of pictures and it went together without difficulty. Ive had it for 3 months and it has served our family well. The water quality is superb!

I think this RO filter is one of the best at the best price. The package arrived in just two days. Upon opening the box I was a little overwhelmed with all of the parts and was scared I wouldnt be able to put it together. However, it started with a greeting card that told me to watch the online video so I did. It turned out to be very easy. It took me just about an hour. I hand tightened everything and have no leaks anywhere.

We have been very pleased with our iSpring R.O. system. It was affordable, easy to install (we hired our plumber to install it) and were even able to route it through our fridge. The water is clean tasting and we never run out. Their customer service has been wonderful in checking in and assuring satisfaction. We were referred to iSpring by two friends who use the product and will be referring others.

We had another reverse osmosis system several years ago at another house. We moved to the country and have always thought we didnt have enough water pressure to get another one. We have rural water, but we live up on a hill, so the pressure isnt that great. We just installed this one about a week ago, and the water pressure is no problem. The system does take up a lot of space under the sink, but you can still put the essentials you need for the kitchen down there. The taste of the water is superb. There is no taste, the way water should be! Bye Bye Pur Filter!

I bought this RO system to produce water for my exotic carnivorous plants. iSpring was very helpful in specifying the system and let me modify the unit to meet my needs. I did not need the storage tank or faucet so I did not have to pay for those. FYI, if you need a custom unit, you will have to call them directly. They were very easy to work with, friendly and responsive. The YouTube installation video was very helpful; I had my system installed and making water in about an hour.

This filter is pretty easy to install and comes with all needed accessories. I did a water test after installation. The result was more than expected. I usually buy water bottle from sams. The test from water bottle was 16ppm and this RO water was 16ppm also. I am quite happy with it. Get it and youll be happy.

Edit: The company contacted me and made up for the faulty valve, I have bumped this up to 5 stars because they gave great professional customer service. Good system, knocked my water down to 2ppm, from 33ppm city water. The water feed valve leaks between the plastic and metal (pencil is pointing to location in attached photo). I see other people have this same issue. Everything else worked fine, it gets 4 stars because the included valve leaks.

System arrived very quickly, and well packaged. I spent about 20 min reviewing the instructions, and then watched the YouTube video on installation. When I felt I was ready to go, I put the entire system in, in about 45 minutes. I took out my previous system, so was able to use some of the existing tubing (to the ice-maker, etc). The John Guest fittings make all connections very easy to do. More importantly, the quality of water is superb. My particulates are down to 47, compared to over 530 on the unfiltered line. Highly recommend. Relatively easy install for anyone who has just a little home improvement knowledge. Thanks, ispring.
