Great tasting water system! We used to have Sparkletts water for several years and it got way too expensive ($45/mo for just 20 gallons). Then we used our refrigerator water filter which was no good. Bought this inexpensive system and no more refilling a bulky cooler while saving a ton of cash. Installed it in under 2 hours. No plumber needed. I even broke a small piece while installing it and they had the foresight to have include many of the spare parts in the original package if you ever need it. Awesome customer service too as they'll walk you through anything if needed.

We love this R/O system. We have been buying R/O for a few years now. This is easier to use for cooking. My husband installed it himself with no problems.

I had this on my list for so long to do and realized that I would work on getting better quality water for myself and my family in the New Year finally! I had spent some time researching the different filtration systems and for any lay person who has done this, you know it is a super daunting task. There are a myriad of options and eventually the ones that seemed to stick out to me were RO and UV. I came across this system on Amazon and the reviews floored me. Then I purchased it and although it wasnt quite as "easy" to install as some people claimed, my husband and I finally put it together and then used a water tester I bought on Amazon to test the water. It blew my mind. I found my tap water(Austin) to be in the 220+ range(hard water) and then when I measured my fridge "filtered" water it came out in the 205 range(still very hard) and then I measured the water from our new system: 15ppm!!!! Amazing! Such a massive difference you cant help but know you are doing something good for your body:-))) Hghly recommend this as you are not dealing with any plastic bottles etc. Eventually I will probably consider a whole house system but for now at least our drinking and also sometimes water for cooking is a much higher quality than it used to be!

I like having RO water around to drink and make iced tea with. This system can easily keep up in our 4 person household. While one of the cheapest systems, it works very well.

Extremely affordable for quality water unit under your sink. I had a plumber install mine, and it seemed to take him very long time. Maybe it was the plumber. Water taste good, only thing is that it there is a long drip after using the Fossett. The drip can last for up to an hour, my understanding is this is the tank refilling

In this day and age of having to spend so many of our hard earned dollars on products that are less and less based on quality components and assembly practices and more and more on built in obsolescence, least expensive material and manufacturing practices, etc. . .it was SO VERY refreshing to even just unpack your product, let alone discover the excellent quality materials, the provision of all the parts needed for multiple types of connections, the extra fittings and quick connect locks, the wonderful color system layout and well presented and thought-out installation instructions and just the overall package and experience of installing the iSpring 5 stage RO system. So a HUGE THANK YOU to you and everyone at iSpring for a fantastic product I am drinking the RO water every day all day as I even fill jugs to take to work with me. I live in an area of Michigan, (Saint Clair County), that has nortoriously VERY high cancer rates due to pollution from Canadian based chemical companies and refineries, etc. . .that are dumping large amounts of chemicals into our air and water. I also live in a town that has a salt mine operation that dumps leads into the air and water and our latest water report had an instance of over the limit LEAD. I will be gladly buying replacement elements, by the way I work as a Mechanical Engineer at a pneumatic filtration and regulation system manufacturer that has filter elements down to Coalescing .01 micron and was hoping some of our own elements might fit ;O), and hoping that your company stays in business for a long, long time.

When we were considering purchasing a filter system to filter the fluoride out of our water, we considered many different brands. The iSpring ro system ultimately won out. It came quickly and well packaged so that nothing was damaged. There are several pieces which was intimidating at first, but the suggested YouTube video in the directions is excellent. We simple played it step by step and had the entire system installed in about an hour or so. Once installed, we let the system fill and empty twice to clear the filters and then everything was ready to use. The water taste clean and fresh every time. Additionally, customer service was great! Before even purchasing the system, I contacted them about getting a different color faucet. They responded the same day saying all I had to do was submit the order number once I purchased and they would switch it out. And it really was that easy. Side note: they do not have an oil rubbed bronze, but the oil rubbed black is very close and matches well with our hardware.

Arrived on time. Great packing. Easy to install. Hardest part was drilling the granite counter top and then getting the facet installed. The rest was a snap. Great connections. Zero leaks. Also bought the water test meter. Our tap water tested at 175ppm, our filtered water tests 5ppm. Excellent! Tastes great. Very happy customer.

Great product! I installed this to help eliminate the chlorine and fluoride taste that the city uses to process drinking water. It took a little bit of handy work to install but cannot argue with the great tasting water that now comes out of it.
