In a world with so many choices...hands down iSpring and 123filters is by far the best! The equipment is super solid but, if on the off chance you have any problems you will get a live US customer service agent that will take excellent care of you. I have three different iSpring RO units and have been extremely satisfied with all of them. I had one small plastic elbow that was broken during shipping and Sean my agent handled it super fast and without any hassle. He re-shipped me a new unit in one day. iSpring RO is the best in its class, priced right, great quality, super tasty and pure water. Super grateful to work with such an awesome company... Do not buy this unless you want to wait 10 minutes to get 12 oz of water. The pressure is so low, it’s almost a dribble. I would not recommend this unit.The last one I had was from Rain Soft and it was WAY better.

I purchased this system just a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. I did extensive research on under counter RO systems and I found that the iSpring system did one thing the others did not. It was the ratio of purified water to wastewater! Water is a precious resource and the idea of sending 3 gallons down my drain to produce 1 gallon RO water made no sense to me and I wouldn't do it. However, I could live with 1:1. T One other thing. The unit is fairly large, so I installed it in my basement, then added an extra storage tank under the sink to boost the faucet flow which also added a boost to the water supply to my fridge. So all in all this is a spectacular system and I highly recommend it!

Great water filtration system and great customer service. I've owned my iSpring RO system for over 2 years now. My filters were damaged by a faulty well pressure switch. Even though the damage wasn't iSpring's fault, Francis was very quick to respond and ship the needed replacement parts. Great company.

I should have left this a long time ago. I've had this 7Stage iSpring system for about a year and have enjoyed the most amazing water ever since. I have a Meter that shows my tap water at 250 PPM and my systems water ranges between 15 and 22. Aside from smooth pure water, NO LEAKING whatsoever. That's huge! Support has walked me through any questions and has assisting me with tweaking as needed. Can't wait to enjoy another year and hope to see many many more with this system operating. Thanks iSpring!
