We have had our 3 stage whole house water filter, electronic descaler, and tankless reverse osmosis systems for over one year now. Systems have performed flawlessly and greatly improved our water quality, smell, and taste.We purchased this product after extensively researching several brands. A phone call and the excellent customer service finalized the decision. I am missing the name of Individual who assisted me on my first call (apologies to the kind young and knowledgeable lad whose name I am missing), but he kindly walked through our municipal water report and helped us select a system that most addressed our needs (even pointing out that the more expensive system I had picked out on my own would be overkill in our situation).Excellent customer service continues after the purchase. Over a year later, I wanted to change out my filters to match changing trends in local water reports and Don at iSpring helped ensure that I had the correct information for what order the filters should go in the system.We did have this system professionally installed by a plumber. The limited space in our utility room required some creative work with Cooper pipes that we were not comfortable undertaking. The mineral build up in our toilets/shower heads has reduced drastically and the overwhelming chlorine smell is gone from our water. The taste is exceptional--just water---not chemical water. Highly recommend this product if you are looking to support a company that puts customer service as a priority in their business model.We also purchased the tankless Reverse Osmosis system for our kitchen sink area and the electronic descaled. Equally happy with all the products we purchased in our mission to upgrade our water throughout the home.
