Water pressure - it is excellent, we do have great water pressure here which makes it easier. There was a problem with small leaking from one of the filter housings but when I called for customer support, I spoke with a representative from the company who handled the problem quickly and professionally.

I purchased my whole house filter system 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. It has one quirk, but not serious. I replace filters every 18 or so months and the experience is always painless. This time I dealt with a customer service rep, Sean, who was very helpful, as I always make the same mistake and have to try to fix it. The system uses O-rings to seal the canister to the housing to prevent leakage (here's the quirk) which are effective, but must be TIGHTENED ALOT. I always forget to get the O-rings to replace with the new filter elements. If you don't use new O-rings and TIGHTEN ALOT the canisters leak. Not badly, but an occasional drip that never quits unless you TIGHTEN ALOT. When completed the system does everything it claims and the support (thank you Sean) is top-notch. I would recommend the WGB-32B to anyone looking for a whole house filter system. Maybe the engineers will update the design to fix the O-ring problem.

Replacement part was send out immediately for replacement. Installed in seconds and have had great results. I applaud the excellent support given.I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a water filter system.

For the 2nd time in recent filter purchases, we have experienced a bad batch of filters. Previously, iSpring replaced the filters free of charge indicating that is was a production issue. But this time they have ignored 3 requests to resolve.Upon further research I discovered that iSpring filters are made in China. They are not manufactured according to any particular quality standards such as ISO 9001 or NSF. I would recommend seeking other vendors that manufacture their filters in the USA and subscribe to a recognized quality assurance process.
