This is a great in-home water filtration system. It was my fault and I screwed opened to top to one of the filters. I called iSpring and Nick, a salesman, told me that I made a mistake and the filter was meant to be sealed. He said it was under warranty and is sending me out a replacement filter. Now that, is great customer service. Can’t wait to turn the system on.

System is great. Relatively easy install. Two separate contractors who came in for unrelated work also complemented the system and how they use the ispring as well.

Excellent and easy to fit. You may still need a visit to a plumbers merchant to get additional fittings but it's not too much a hassle.

Intruction is clear. Filter result is phenomenon. Made our well water eventually drinkable.

Installation was pretty much I expected. Works fantastic on well water,works better with an optional water softener. Lead level was well under control

Solved my Iron and lead problem. Very heavy duty. Installation is not on the easy side but manageable. Use a lot of plumbers's tape.
