I was skeptical at first. Started noticing a difference in 5 days. I have hard city water and now no more yellow stains in the tub, toilet, sink or washing clothes. Install it, plug it in and forget it.

Our water was only slightly hard but also had lots of iron and manganese. We were getting scaling on all of our fixtures. For the first time since we bought the house 15 years ago, our dishes are clean when they come out of the dishwasher. Stains on dishes and toilets are cleaning up better than previously. I am looking forward to what happens in the long run.

We live in an apartment and have ceiling access to our incoming water supply. The pipe is plastic and installation was easy. It would have been good if the power cord was detachable. It was in the way a couple of times during the install. The unit has been in place for over a month and here's what we have observed... 1) my wife and I only need one measure of shampoo instead of two; 2) the bathroom sprayer was covered with a white coating that I cleaned off. It hasn't come back; 3) the rain shower heads aren't filling up with grit like before; and 4) there seems to be more lather when washing your hands and showering. The lights on the unit seem pretty worthless. Registration was easy. A guy or a bot named Julius helped us get the unit's warranty registration completed. You won't be blown away by the results, but there appear to be actual results. I suspect that our plumbing being plastic tubing contributes to the results.

Great device. Worked wonders in one day. Removed calcium buildup from the shower head, the shower, the toilet tank, the feed line to my Ispring RO unit, and, although I can't see it, from the pipes and hot water tank. My shower water heats up faster so it must have cleaned off the heater coils. Another quality product from Ispring and USA made.

I too was skeptical about this unit, but after a couple of days there was a noticable difference in the water. My wife says water spots are almost non-existant and even when I wash my car it's easy to dry without those nasty water spots. Impressed after 3 months of use. Thanks.
