We are pleased with this elegant product. The instructions clearly outlined how to install the filter and the results were instantly enjoyable. Had one small issue with a part that was damaged in shipping, the customer service promptly and kindly worked to resolve the issue over email. While our water from our well is hard enough that we still need a water softener, with both running we can drink the water out of the tap for the first time since owning this house.

This 3-stage filter shipped very fast and was fairly easy to install. I had one small issue during installation so i called their customer support team and they were extremely helpful.

I have well water with sulfur and rust. After installing this system (which is not too difficult. It is pretty heavy though), I immediately have pure and clean water on demand. Love it.

Our water is clean and clear now. My shower used to give me flaky dry skin from all the minerals in it, now it is all filtered out and i love my water in our home.
