My filter was over 5 years old and starting to restrict water. I could not remember what courseness I had so I went with one that was pretty course. As soon as I got it I realized this would let sand in and not what I wanted.I ordered another and when I recieved it I asked for the other to be returned. Francis quickly responded and refunded me for the first one.Both came very quickly and I was happy with these replacements.

This is my 2nd purchase of this very fine product. It is everything they say it is ... easy to install, compact and effective. I moved 9 months ago and one of the 1st things I did was replace the preliminary filtration system with this nifty little unit. I also received stellar post-purchase customer service from Don, who was extremely helpful & attentive to my issue/question ...

We have a farm property and source water from a well. While rinsing a sprayer tank I noticed a fair amount of sediment in the tank. Im careful about keeping things clean and was concerned that whatever the sediment was it would cause the sprayers pump to wear. It was eventually determined that the sediment was manganese. I was especially concerned that this would cause harm to the pump in a newly acquired pressure washer. In searching for a sediment filter I came across the iSpring WSP-50. It seemed it might do the job and was certainly reasonably priced, so I ordered one. To install it I simply removed the faucet to which a garden hose had been attached for the pressure washer, installed the WSP-50 and attached the faucet to the outlet of the filter. I had been checking for sediment at the hose end by holding several layers of cheese cloth over the hoses end while the water ran. Previous to installing the filter there was always sediment (sometimes a lot) caught by the cheese cloth, but after the filter was installed there was none. For my purpose it seems to work perfectly. In fairness, after installing the filter I only used the pressure washer for perhaps a half hour, but during that time the pressure washer worked perfectly indicating no loss of pressure in the water supply. So far Im as pleased as I could be. As previously stated I think the price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the filter. Its beautifully made and very well packaged; a quality product all the way around.

I flush it every few days and I always see sediment in the bottom, so it seems working.
