Good product. Water tastes good and machine is sleek. But TDS value keeps on changing. Every time we start the RO, TDS is initially high and then goes down leading to waste of water. Hence we have not given 5 stars.

My tap water measured at 133 TDS, and lately was tasting very metallic, before installing the system. I didn't do any kind of detailed water test(tds display on the smart faucet reads 2-4 ppm) but the water is clearer & tastes good.

The system was easy to install because it had all the necessary hardware included in the kit, and the instructions were easy to follow. No problem install it. All of the cleaners and "under-sink" junk that normally goes in there fit back inside except one or two items. Works fine and water taste wonderful.

The overall water quality and taste is noticeably improved with the reverse osmosis (RO) system when compared to what we had. You don't even have to waste money on a plumber (who likely has more important work to get done anyways) to get this installed. Love the fact that TDS is displayed when the faucet is on.

We installed this system around a month ago, and love it. We have very hard water and this gets down to around a 6. And I love it's tank less. Less chance of any contamination from tanks not being cleaned regularly. Had a problem with the valve that came with the system. But Lowes had the proper part we needed.

Great filter!! Compact under the sink! One note as we just changed the filter for the first time (after 5 months of heavy use by a family of 5)…. Has to call Nick at iSpring customer service but after you twist in the new filter you must press and hold the red indicator button for 3 seconds two times until the small top indicator light comes in- otherwise you’ll hear incessant beeping ;)

The customer service is absolutely great. They answer the phone promptly and spend as much time as necessary helping. Nick is very knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful. As our first RO500 was defective Nick is getting us a replacement quickly.

Easy to install and water taste great. the question I ask myself after over a month is would I do this again and tell my friends to buy the system. And my answer is "yes"!

Install in not too hard if you know how to read and follow instructions. Watch the video- really helpful! The water quality is excellent and I have crystal clear ice cubes.
