This has far surpassed the last four systems we have used. Not sure how long a filter set will last but if it is anywhere near the stated life span it couldn't possibly cost more than the constant purchasing of bottled water, in fact to this point it appears there will be a considerable net savings.

We researched various filtered water systems for a few weeks before we decided on this one. I had leaks at a couple of locations, one of which was the needle valve/water feed location. I think I should have applied a few more round of teflon tape.

For the unit itself was so simple,by following the instruction step by step. I like the color coordinated tubing, makes it easy to ensure the in goes in and out goes out ;)

Instructions were very clear, diagrams helped a lot and happy with the purchase. The manual is even written in normal English rather than pidgin.
