I placed mine in the basement right below and had to purchase extra extension hoses to get proper lengths. Makes my well water clear and refreshing like spring water in Alaska. Nice system!

Great water all the time. Since I use the filtered water for both drinking and cooking. The problem of chlorine with the city water did not affect me.

I'm very pleased with the purchase. You do need to drill one hole back into the drain line for waste water as this system doesn't have waste water. I like how filtered water comes directly from my kitchen faucet.

Everything I needed to install the basic system without ice maker was included. I've being using the system for a few months and it did take a little time to get use to the different taste after just drinking tap takes out alot. But it's a good adjustment!

I have never liked being on city water- the chlorine smell in my tap water cost me countless trips to the store for bottled water. Decided to make a change and didn't want to do all the drilling and complicated line connecting, which is a must for most ro units, I decided to get this US21B that can directly connect to my kitchen faucet. The filters are working amazingly! The chlorine taste and smell in my water is gone. No need to go to Walmart for water!

I was using a Brita water system and I could still smell the chlorine after the water was filtered. I am very happy with the quality of this product and the quality of water for drinking and cooking.
