I recently purchased an iSpring UVF55FS Whole House UV Water Filter with Smart Flow Sensor Switch, 55W on June 16, 2023. This was professionally installed by a licensed plumber and the photo below was shared with iSpring technical support who confirmed that the system was correctly installed. Over the last 4 months I have had to replace the UV bulb three times. I have contacted iSpring to address the problem and asked them to replace the control module and fused bulbs to try and correct this problem. Right now the system is down and I cannot be replacing the bulbs every few weeks. It’s running in Auto mode so turns on only when the water is flowing. I am waiting for iSpring to help since I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this system. As you can see from the photo I purchase a lot of iSpring products and have never had this type of problem before.

I had an iSpring filter installed on my water line last year. We have a well for our water supply and for some reason our water has been getting contaminated with coliform. A few weeks ago it started beeping which indicated I needed a new bulb. First, I ordered the bulb through Amazon using the part number of my filter, UVF55FS. It was the wrong bulb. Next, I ordered a bulb through iSpring, it still was the wrong bulb. Finally, I got in contact with Francis at iSpring. She was able to get me the correct bulb using the part number on the bulb.It does appear there is more than one bulb that comes with the UVF55FS system. It seems like the best way to get the correct bulb, the first time, is to get the part number off the bulb. Thanks to Francis for getting me the correct bulb.I will add, that since I installed this filtration system we have not had coliform in our water.

Have had some whole hose system for almost 2 years now running like a champ. Love the system. Had to recently replace the light as it’s starting to go out. Ordered from website bulb ended up getting damaged in shipment called and Michelle took care of it and got me a new bulb out right away. Very happy with the system and customer service.

Very well made and easy to install. I had a problem ordering a new bulb and sleeve. But, Michele from customer support helped me and made everything right. Received my new bulb and sleeve in just 2 days!

Purchased this and installed it 6 weeks ago. It worked well after installed. Early this week, it stopped working with repeated beeping and error light. I called ispring customer support and talked with Sean. Sean is extremely knowledgeable on all ispring products and offered no charge replacement of UV ballast, power supply etc. Thanks for offering great customer service.

I've installed a bunch of iSpring equipment for multiple uses. Their products are fantastic and their support and customer service is like no other. I installed this UV system on a well home and it was simple and is working great. Can't say enough about working with iSpring or their products!

We had a few minor hiccups with getting the correct part needed for the iSpring UVF55FS 55W Whole-House UV Water Filter system. However, Michelle got it taken care off and sent us the correct part. We appreciate the speedy response. This is why we will continue to purchase are water system needs from iSpring Water Systems.
