The water filter was easy to install. I had the hook up from the water pipe and the drain. I set-up everything else and I was done within an hour.

Purchased this unit iSpring RCC7 WQA Gold Seal Certified 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter System - 75 GPD and could not be happier with the ease of installation and the quality of the product. We live in Coastal NC where the local water system draws its water from the highly polluted Cape Fear River currently in the news regarding the levels of GenX in the river. While there is no proof yet the RO eliminates GenX from the water, it is without doubt the best remedy that a homeowner can implement. The installation was easy and smooth with the great instructions included with the unit. Later purchased the Refrigerator Kit iSpring Fridge Connection and Ice Maker Kit for Reverse Osmosis Water Systems, 20ft 1/4inch Tubing with 1/4inch Push-In and Compression Fittings - ICEK along with a filter bypass for the fridge, now we have pure water flowing through that system making beautiful ice and crystal clear water. And thank you to James for following up to make sure everything went well and that you have a happy customer!

We purchased this system about 2 years ago and it has been amazing, great quality. Super easy to install and filters are easy to replace, video on youtube was super helpful. I had been hunting for a system for several months and nothing compared to the iSpring RCC7. Great customer service and arrived super quick. I would recumbent this system to anyone searching, no regrets!

Easy to install, but be careful not to touch your finger with the membrane and check the GAC carbon cartridge to insert it in the right direction. If you remove the clear package from the cartridge, you lose the direction arrow. No sign on the cartridge (up or down). I recommend adding a pressure gauge and a tray under the unit to collect water during filter changes or maintenance.

We've had this for almost a year, I can safely say I will always have an iSpring RO system at any house I own. No issues whatsoever, and I really enjoy having water as my main beverage of choice now. I had periodically tested the TDS count every couple of months to see how it fluctuated and it remained steady at 15. I replaced the recommended four filters at the six month mark and it was easy, just had to deal with water leaking out of a few unexpected areas while trying to re-route the lines for initial run-off of the carbon filter. Owning and using this RO system really made me think about the overall quality of my cities water. I live in an area that has had unfortunate issues with PFC/PFOA contamination so after extensive research I purchased iSprings whole home filter system (WGB32B). Overall, I highly recommend this product. Kudos to iSpring for a well-made system and offering it a great price point.

The iSpring RCC7 is a great system. Far better than having to refill filtered containers. The water tastes great and use it daily for drinking, coffee and the connected ice maker. Down to 30 PPM - better than the 500+ of the tap. Installation was relatively easy if you are handy with minor plumbing work. Just follow the directions and ensure the plastic tubing is pushed all the way in connectors! Great product overall, and glad I finally made the investment.

I've been using RO system for 20+ years, mostly from Watts Premier. It was because I saw them at Costco. Watts Premier has good design. The only problem is that its toooo noisy (with at least 5 or more models that I used), especially at night. So about 3 years ago, I switched to this iSpring 5-stage system. And love it ever since. * iSpring system is a little more complicated to install vs the one from Watts Premier. But since I was already familiar with this type of systems, and my hook up was already existed, swapping to this was no problem for me. * I did get water leaks initially as also happened with at least of the reviewers. Mine was because of some loose tubes/connectors. I think its just assembly or quality control problem. But the design itself is good. Make sure to have all tubes and connectors secured before installing as shown in my picture.

I am very impressed with the quality of the product! Installation took approximately 2.5 hours, with easy to understand directions. There were no issues once I charged the system. Make sure you read all instructions when charging your system for the first time. There is a sequence to follow and this can impact the RO membrane according to the instructions. I had a Whirlpool RO system from Lowes that I decided to replace. The Whirlpool plastic faucet bracket broke and I couldnt find any parts on line, just entire systems. The faucet supplied with the ISpring system is a nice quality brushed metal and is much better quality than the Whirlpool product. I installed my system in the basement just below the kitchen sink. This allows my spouse more room under the sink for cleaning supplies and easier access for myself when changing filters. I would purchase again.
