This RO system is really rather impressive! We do not have a water softener, and are hooked up to our municipal water system. We had been drinking and cooking with bottled water for years. I actually like the water from this RO system a lot more than the bottled water we had been using. Installation was way easier than I was expecting. It does require some simple plumbing. There are some nice YouTube videos online that were very helpful as well. This is a really nice system. Thanks

I never review but I think this is review worthy. Installation was fairly simple using the youtube video. If I can install this.. anyone can install this. We had to use the product for about a week to break it in and now the filter works as advertised. Thinking about buying another one and installing it for the in-laws. I emailed the companys customer support and they were super responsive. A+ product and company customer service.

Purchased this iSpring 5 stage osmosis because are water supply was reading at high solid levels. I was surprised how easy this was install. Took me about 45 minutes to install from start to finish. The readings from our water dropped drastically once installed. We started at a mid 300s total solids and ended with .009. Im good with that. A great investment. We use this water for all our drinking and cooking. I also installed a ice maker line to refrigerator but the only issue there is pressure isnt that good and Ill have to figure out why.

I initially had white stuff coming out of it for few days but eventually cleared. Checked TDS and they dropped from 190 (tap water) to less than 10. I checked Walmart bottled water for comparison and it was showing 30 ppm.

The installation of this product was a breeze, and the instructions are very clear. There are youtube videos available that are better than the included instructions, and they are clear and instructive as well. The included tap for the sink is high quality and fits perfectly. The system itself is very rugged, and also high quality. The manufacturer includes a bag of many spare parts, fittings, o-rings, and other parts for your convenience. The included wrenches for filter changes are also of good quality. We also purchased the ice maker kit, which was of the same high quality and works flawlessly. The tank takes up quite a bit of space under the sink, so be prepared to make a lot of room. We modified the installation a little bit - the kit includes a drain saddle for the waste line. This is perfectly fine, but requires drilling your drain pipe and relies on a foam sealing gasket. For peach of mind, purchase parts to adapt the 1/4 in waste line directly into a dishwasher drain hose connection on your sink drain. The connection will be easier, will require no drilling, and will be much less likely to leak over time.

After 6 months of use, contamination level is still less than 10 PPM and PH is close to 7. All my family is happy with this filter system.

Filtered water quality from the TDS tester is under 10 ppm consistently, our tap water is around 260 ppm prior to filtration. When filtration is going on, sound of the running water is very low compare to our previous system (from Costco, leak like crazy at the sprout). so far so good.

Where has this been all my life? I have wanted an RO system for years and after reviewing all of the products at local stores and on-line, I chose this item due to lower cost replacement filters and positive reviews. They have a great instructional video on YouTube along with good instructions in the box. We live near they Mississippi and our water WAS gross. I hated drinking water and the taste and color were off putting to say the least. We now have a tap that produces bottled water quality and I drink so much more water and actually ENJOY getting a fresh glass several times a day. Our coffee tastes as fresh as Starbucks and I will NEVER be without iSpring ever again! A great system - BUY yours TODAY!

Good packaging. Everything labeled clearly. Everything needed to install is included. Very happy with purchase. I was getting 24 TDS reading for the first 2 months then reading went up to 30. Email iSpring support and customer service Helen suspected a bad shut off valve. I also mentioned that the faucet stem is too short for my counter-top. She sent me a replacement shut off valve and a new longer stem faucet immediately. I am very happy again with the new faucet and TDS reading is now 6 with the replacement shut off valve. Good customer server and good product. Thank you iSpring. Thank you Helen. First timer should watch their installation video several time to get a good understand of the installation procedure.
