They are filters. What can I say? They seem to be working just fine. The RO water tastes great and they are inexpensive enough to swap them out ofter for consistantly clean drinking water. What more could you ask for? Great!

Works as expected. At first i was procrastinating because my Ispring was professionally installed and i never changed the filter and did not want to screw it up end up with a sloppy mess under the sink. Installation was easier than expected after reading instructions and looking at some videos. Water tastes great.

We absolutely love our reverse osmosis. I researched until I was blue in the face. I chose iSpring because they got great reviews and the replacement filters were so economical. We have had it installed just under a year. I am getting ready to place the second set from this year supply. I have been so pleased with the whole system. But these filters do the job. I bought a device to test the particles in our water. It comes out near perfect. No complaints from this family!
