Install took me about an hour. I did this upgrade the same time I installed a new sink and counter tops. The youtube video helped out with the install. The water tasted great and I would buy this again. Very nice system.

Got the product very quick thru Amazon. Received the iSpring 3 stage water filter and got installled in less than 30 minutes. Very easy installation with minimal tools, everything else is provided. Great system with fresh water and cleaner straight out of the system.I also e-mailed them with a few questions in regards of the system, they answered quickly.

We love our US31 water filter system! We use it for all our drinking water, making tea, etc. and in cooking as well. It also supplies pure water for our free standing ice machine and we have had no problems with having enough filtered water. Highly recommended!

The iSpring US31 Water Filter system I purchased for our cabin was an easy installation with everything I needed for the install. Thats a really good thing when you live 60 plus minutes from the nearest hardware store. The well water now tastes so much better - well worth the investment. I will recommend the system to our neighbors. Thanks Josh for the help.

Was easy to install spent about 1.5 hours and it was all done. Good quality tap that comes with it. Did a taste test with with and she could not tell the difference from bottle water and water coming out of the tap. We are on well water. Happy so far but it's only been a week.

I purchased this US31 water filter system from iSpring a couple of months already. The product was relatively easy to install with the clear instructions. Unfortunately, the previous owner made the hole for the water dispenser a little too big on the kitchen counter. After letting the water dispenser rod hanging loose for so long I finally have some idea to fix the problem. But because the nut was pretty difficult to install under the kitchen counter, I dropped the nut and it fell in a slot at the bottom of the cabinet where I cannot retrieve. So I contacted iSpring for the spare part. Helen at iSpring immediately responded to my request. Not only she will mail me the nut was missing, she promised to send me the bigger washers as well the same day. She made me feel like a VIP and I definitely believe this business is worth recommending to everyone. Not only this is a five-star company in terms of service, their product is also top quality as well. This is the first product review in my entire life at age 54 and I can bet I will not be writing another one for years to come. I am happy I found iSpring and looking forward to do business with them for years to come.

This is a great water purifying system. After seeing other systems installed in other homes I know this is the quietest of any of them. It does a great job putting out good tasting water and recovers really fast. I have had mine for 2 years and love it!

Turned faucet on. 10 seconds water flow with some carbon residue. Then I just drinked the most good-tasting water ever in my life. Great filters.
