**edited review**123filter.com cares so much about customer satisfaction that they contacted me to see if there is anything they can do to make me 100% satisfied. Their desire to make me completely satisfied warrants a 5 star rating.**/edited review** Installation was a breeze once I figured out how to tie an existing 1/4" copper line into the provided 1/4" plastic line. As Im sure everyone is aware, the most difficult part of the installation is simply trying to make it work with the limited space under the sink and trying to tie it in with the existing drain/supply lines. My water now tastes like water should instead of my previous high hydrogen sulfide and mechanically softened well water. my TDS measures 33 (down from ~2093 source water). Im also very happy with the faucet build quality.

The boost pump addition works much better that our previous system. We now have uninterrupted drinking water, at a faucet that previously had very inconsistent pressure.

Nick and the iSpring team has been great. Not only does our water taste great but the filters are SO easy to install. I would totally recommend this until to anyone!

Great product! I like the fact it has the pump, it produces water fast. I havent timed it but no complaints. It takes my 1,222 ppm water and brings it down to 22 ppm and it tastes great. The manual recommends a maximum of 750 ppm feed water but iSpring says the membrane can handle up to 2,000 ppm and that I might have to change filters more frequently, which is no problem.I did not install mine under the sink, I installed it in the basement. I still have to run the line to the sink so for now I have to fetch water from downstairs, but I will run the line soon.

We couldn’t be happier with our (multiple) systems from iSpring. Currently we have this under sink system running to a faucet at the sink and to the refrigerator (with the iSpring ICEK Ultra-Safe Fridge Water Line Connection and Ice Maker Installation Kit for Reverse Osmosis Systems & Water Filters) and a whole house filtration system. To be clear, the RO system is sufficient for drinking water. The whole house system is an iSpring WSP-100 - Reusable Spin Down Sediment Water Filter followed by the iSpring WGB32B 3-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System. We have installed an iSpring RCC7P 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis system in the past three homes we’ve lived in. We couldn’t recommend these systems more. The great thing about iSpring is the variety of systems and solutions they offer; they have much more than just RO systems. Whatever your water scenario is, they will have the right thing. They know drinking water and purification systems in and out, and they back it up with EXCELLENT and quick shipping and support (Thanks, Nick!👍).Do yourself a favor and contact your municipality about testing the mineral, metal, and volitle organic compounds (VOC) of your water before and after so you can know how great these systems are. Also, buy the TDS meter to measure the total dissolved solids from your supply water and compare it to the TDS of the filtered water. That way you can evaluate your filter changing frequency more accurately.

My wife and I live in an area that is served by a communal water well. This water has a huge amount of calcium and iron in it. It’s so bad in fact that the sprinkler has turned the outside of our house orange. The area also has many orchards and they spray pesticides all spring and summer so we don’t really know what is in our water. The water has a really bad metallic taste making it impossible to drink. We have to have our drinking water delivered which is very expensive.I started looking around on the internet to see what kind of water filtration systems were available and came across your system. The reviews of the RCC7P 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis system were really good and the price was much less than I thought it would be.I purchased it January 3, 2018 from Home Depot Online and it was delivered on the 12th. I installed it the following day and after installation, I rechecked all my connections and then turned on the water value to flush the system and saw water spraying from the back of the unit. I checked the back and found that the Low Pressure Switch was broken. The weather in the area had been really cold the week it was delivered, and I suspect that there was water left in the Low Pressure Switch from testing that froze in transit and cracked that part.I got in touch with iSpring and sent them some pictures of the broken part and an explanation of the problem. They got back to me right away and sent me the replacement part. I was very impressed with their service. So to sum up, I’m very impressed with my new RO system! The water tastes great, well actually it doesn’t taste at all, just as it should be, and I’m very pleased with the service. Thanks so much, and I’ll be recommending you to my family and friends.

Install took about an hour at a very leisurely pace. Simple instructions with lots of pictures. Just make sure you push all the push fittings in as far as theyll go and they wont leak. The integrated pump works great with our well water, as our well pump doesnt always have a steady strong flow. We also ordered some extra tubing from a third party because we wanted the storage tank in a different cabinet but for an average under sink install there is plenty of tubing included. Also lots of extra fittings are included in case something goes wrong but I didnt need any of them since it was so easy.

Finally installed the system yesterday. It was easy to setup and worked really well. The installation manual and official video were both handy. My apartment wouldnt allow us to drill another hole, so we had to use a special faucet. Nevertheless, the system worked smoothly. So far so good. The system reduced the TDS from 201 to just 13! Love it! Josh from iSpring was also very helpful.

I received and installed this system yesterday 24 January, 2018.Let me first tell you some background that I have in water systems. For about 10 years, I helped maintain a Kidney Dialysis RO/DI system as part of my job. That system was designed to make pharmaceutical grade pure water. My current job the RO/DI system is even more critical. Suffice to say that I have extensive experience with water systems.First the packaging. Awesome! It came intact and well protected. There is pride in the product that even shows in the packaging. Parts are bagged and all there. The instruction manual is large and quite complete. It will lead you through installation, set-up and first flush. Follow the directions to the letter and you cant miss.I was installed and flushing within 2 hours, to include a trip to the home center to pick up a couple of pieces for my unique installation.First flush took about 2 gallons to be clear. I ran another 10 gallons or so to make sure I had anything out of the system that could foul the RO membrane before I connected the RO canister (read the directions...its in there). After I connected the RO canister, and opened the valve on the pressure tank I ran another 5 gallons of flush before I closed off the product line and allowed it to begin filling the pressure tank. My incoming water is softened to 0.2 GPG, from 31 GPG city supplied. My incoming TDS after softening is measuring about 324.6 mg/. Post ISpring RO membrane I have 1.9 mg/L. To be sure, I expect that to rise some, but the membrane is working very well. The pump is very quiet. I had to touch mine to be able to tell if it was running.I have owned several other home RO systems. one that was a big chemical company name brand and was quite expensive. This system will do all you want it to do. Buy iSpring and dont look back.

Just got this system installed yesterday after about 30 minutes following the well documented instruction manual. Takes a while before you can use it due to the need to flush the system, but overall it was pretty painless to DIY.So far Im pretty satisfied with the purchase. Initial impressions of the water are that it tastes great. I dont have a hardness or TDS meter to determine how effective it is on our municipal water. We have roughly 250-350mg/l TDS in our supply, so hopefully its helping. The permeate pump is very quiet, however it does create some vibration that could be noisy if it echoes in a cabinet just right. Some foam dampers could be helpful if you attach it to a cabinet wall with the included screws. It comes with a bonus little battery powered moisture/leak alarm, though its not wired into the filter itself so you have to be around to hear it. The manufacturer will also send you up to a free year supply of filters if you provide feedback to them via email, and the CS/sales rep, Josh, will also include a TDS meter as a nice bonus for leaving an Amazon review.
