 This was really easy to install. They only issue I had was making sure the threads were tight enough to not leak. I had to use a wrench. It works beautifully and our water is now safe to drink and cook with which is critical for my peace of mind with our toddler. You dont need to pay anybody to put this in. You just need a free afternoon, YouTube, and to read the instructions.

We purchased this system to replace a old 3 stage RO system. The system came very well packaged and secure. Installation was very simple, but having a system prior may have helped. The quality and taste of the water is amazing. Having well water the quality and taste is very important to us. The system has been installed for over a month now with no leaks or issues so I do not expect any. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and will continue to do business with Ispring.

This is a great filter system. We purchased the UV Filter with this for our well water, which showed the presence of coliform bacteria when the water was tested. Somewhat difficult for us oldsters to install so we had help from a friend who is an engineer and is was easy for him; he needed no extra parts and it took about a half a day to install. Our water tastes and smells sooooo much better coming out of this little cute tap and we use the regular faucet still to wash dishes.

Arrived with a defective nut for the faucet. Since I couldnt find a replacement (it has an unusual thread) I called iSpring. They were friendly and responsive, getting the new nut in the mail in a matter of minutes. Everything went together easily after that. The water tastes great and the company seems remarkable. A great deal, especially at this price point.

Having chlorine laden municipal water this system has helped cut down on our bottled water usage! I highly recommend isprings products. We recently purchased a whole house filter for our new home and it helped add to the filtration power and give longer life to the ro filters!

This was the best purchase we made in 2017! It was an easy purchase, super easy to install, and produces great tasting clean water. We were going to have one of the big water companies install a system for us, and after a lot of research we discovered their cost was outrageous compared to us doing it ourselves. That led us to iSpring, great reviews, fair price, we love it.

I just installed my iSprings RO system yesterday. I have installed these kinds of systems before and I have to say that this was by far the easiiest installation I have ever done. Not only is the product very well made and super high-quality, but the user manual, the diagrams and the available YouTube videos provides all the resources I needed to make sure installation went as planned. I have a TDS meter and my municipal tap water was giving a reading of 86. This iSprings system after the initial flush of the tank was giving me a reading of 11, which will probably only improve over the next few days / weeks.I really have no complaints, but I do have an observation and perhaps a question. When I look through this water through a clean glass vessel, I noticed it is kind of cloudy. Upon closer inspection I realized that it is due to millions of tiny tiny tiny air bubbles. I do wonder if that is normal and if this will go away in time or if it is possible I made a mistake in the installation. I will call iSprings support tomorrow and update my review based on that experience.
