Very pleased with customer service. After a long period of good service, it was time for me to replace the filters on my iSpring seven stage reverse osmosis water filtration system.I ordered the replacement filters from iSpring through Amazon. The filters came promptly, and the process of replacing the filters was straightforward.However, after turning the water back on, there was a pretty substantial leak. I immediately shut off the water supply, the connection to the storage tank, and opened the RO faucet spigot to release pressure.After quite some hunting around, I found that the leak was coming from the T junction that enters the FT15 filter. I tried tightening it and re-pressurizing with no luck. I rewrapped the screw with fresh Teflon tape but this didnt help (I removed the old tape first).So I e-mail customers service and told them my plight. They immediately sent me a new T junction, new FT15 filter, extra connectors and clips for the Quick Connections.I put in the new connections, pressurized the system and voila, no leak. Its been several days now and still not a drop of a leak, and the water coming out of the faucet tastes as it did when we first had the RO system installed.I am very grateful to their customers service- their e-mails were polite, helpful, and very prompt. They sent me new parts immediately, and were kind enough to supply me with all of the parts that involve the FT55 filter just in case, and extra clips which was great because they are easy to lose.They did all that they could to help me, and very promptly. Makes me feel very secure about the iSpring system knowing there is this kind of support.

Best value available! Keeps my RO system sustained at a low cost! Customer service is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and curious. Keep in mind the membrane is a 2 year replacement filter and wont be included in this one year kit.

This brand is the only ones I buy. Affordable, high quality and fairly fast shipping.You drink what comes out of these filters so you want good quality and well packaged filters.

Be careful when unwrapping the filters that you dont pull the end caps off. They arent very well secured (intermittent glue) and will come off with a minimum of force. Also make sure you take note of the orientation of the filters when you replace them, the stage 2, 3, and post filter (5) have a proper orientation.Be gently when screwing in/out the small attachments into the post-filter (stage 5). I snapped off one side and had to make a run to home depot that I could have done without.My water was still great tasting after 18 months but I decided to change my filters anyway. My TDS goes from about 400-500 to 25-40 after filtered and it tastes awesome. Hopefully the new filters will keep me happy for another year.

I purchased my iSpring RCC7 system from Homedepot because it was out of stock on Amazon. The filters seemed to have worked well. My local water quality is rather poor, with a TDS level over 500. I used HM Digital TDS-4 meter to test the water from my local grocery stores RO machine, and my own iSpring RCC7. The RO water from my local store has a TDS level of 7. iSpring RCC7 gives 28. Quite satisfactory. Taste-wise, my wife and I couldnt tell much difference between the two.
