I'd like to give this product 5 stars, and would have if not for the instructions being misleading & confusing. As best as I can decipher, this model is outdated or discontinued, and the instructions available (included & online) are for a similar model - but this one has a MUCH different faucet. This unit has multiple lines INSIDE the faucet, for reasons I can't explain the house water must feed directly to the faucet (blue line), then exit the faucet to the filter inlet (red line), then back out (filtered water) to the white line which exits at the faucet. Now, if all you're doing is using the faucet, this works fine & the instructions are quite clear, However, if you're planning to also this off to your refrigerator - that's where the instructions are worthless. The only available instructions are for the versions that have the house water line go direct to the filter inlet (no red or blue lines). So

Installed this filter in both our sons and daughters houses, in Illinois and West Virginia. Both had legally potable but disgusting tasting and smelling municipal water -- Lake Michigan and Ohio River sources. Both went in like a breeze - had all the parts, easy connections and even though had to drill a hole though the granite to mount the faucet in one of the kitchens, they both still in a a very short time. Wow - instant improvement! Both have been working for a year now and the water quality started out being remarkably better than before, and still is. BTW, I also have the RO system form these folks and have been very happy with it for more than two years, and have had nothing but good professional and helpful interactions with their customer service. Highly recommended.

First rate system. Water tastes great and the provided hardware is of vary good quality. What I like best is the high water flow. I have no cons with this filter system.
